I came in for same-day currency exchange (heads up, you have to order currency 3 days ahead of time at almost every bank in DC) and although they couldn’t do it, I was greeted immediately by the team and helped pretty quickly. Michella especially was so lovely and helpful.

SunTrust is a reliable and helpful bank. This branch has always been convenient and with good customer service. Staff are cheerful and helpful. I've been banking here for years and would recommend it highly.

I'm new to the area and the teller couldn't have been more rude!! I left and went to the branch 1/2 mile away. Much better service!!

Went recently to get a signature guarantee, which my regular bank no longer provides. After running into roadblocks everywhere else, I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly the process went with SunTrust. Andrick was so friendly and absurdly knowledgeable, and he established my new account in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better morning. Definitely gives me a new appreciation for customer service done right.
