Would give negative stars if possible. They had three suits doing nothing but sitting and the one teller had to go to lunch so no customer service. Something about the manager and other suits didn't have teller training. Worst branch in the DMV area. Avoid aat all cost.

If you are thinking about banking here at this location think twice there is no service and if there are the limited to a few hour I’d do inconvenience and you can’t even use the atm after a hours. The worst.

I wanted to thank Dinia Lovo at the Georgetown M Street NW Washington DC branch. I bank a Truist and several other banks for business and family matters. Today I needed help notarizing a document and Dinia Lovo went out of her way to help me. She was not only efficient and professional but she was personable and kind. Being a person who employs people and works with clients I was very appreciative of the good service. Truist is lucky to have you on their team you are a rare find in the world we live in today. Thank you Dinia you made a difference in my day.Mike Weaver

Trash. No one in there knows what they’re doing. If you want your money safe stray away from Truist or any new garbage merger these banks have going on.

Quite possibly the WORST Suntrust branch & I've been to many branches throughout the DMV. The company I work for in Georgetown has an account with this bank, otherwise I would never step foot in here again. The manager lady is unnecessarily rude (not sure how she still has a job) & the bankers walk around like headless chickens. The tellers are super nice, but look miserable working in such conditions. Looking at all the other negative reviews & not seeing any improvements over the past 4 years shows just how little this bank cares about their customers, such a shame. In stark contrast, the Wells Fargo down the block is paradise in comparison. They actually treat you like a decent human being, how hard can it be?

This brunch location manager should be out of the business! I forgot her name. An old lady with glasses blond tinted hair! She is nasty, bossy and very rude with the tellers! I have been in this location which I opened my bank account while ago and she is being the same if not worse! You guys need to do something! She can't keep doing this! Not going back to this branch and thinking to close my account!

My wallet got stolen on 10/20/2019, Today it is 12/08/2019. I still haven't gotten my new debit card. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by going to their branch, thinking maybe I might have gotten my address wrong or they accidentally forgot about it(which could happen, and it would have been fine). I was assured that I would receive it in a day or two. I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!! My bills are piling up, how on earth am I supposed to do anything without my card for more than Two weeks?

Been coming to this location for a few years now job related almost on a daily basis. The whole team has been great. Lucas, Christine and Tatiana are all pleasure to deal with. However I will not step my foot in this branch as long as the nasty manager with a last name Ali is there. I would consider closing my account which I had for about 6-7years with them, but it would significantly complicate my job. Not only she has nastiest attitude with clients, I have noticed her talking down to tellers and customers rushing out upset on a multiple occasions. I guess my turn has come. You would think that a MANAGER has to have some people skills and be customer satisfaction driven. I hope that one day she gives her attitude to a wrong client who will take there business somewhere else(since they obviously dont care about smaller accounts) and that nasty woman will get fired.

One of the most incredibly inefficient and unpleasant experiences I've had in a bank. The person that attended me Dinia Lovo, is the epitome of complacency and mediocrity.

This is probably the worst SunTrust I have been to. The tellers are nice and sweet. The banker is extremely slow and I do not think he is capable of doing his job. If you want to keep him there I suggest putting an extra banker in that is smarter than he is and can do their job effectively and sufficiently. My second time into the location and I just walked out. Be lucky I didn't do a transaction to get shopped for Gallup. I honestly do not know how Suntrust at Georgetown location is even open. I feel bad for anyone who has to do business there on a daily basis.

Yea, this branch sucks a big one. Such a beautiful landmark building on one of the busiest streets in DC and surrounded by high concentrations of wealth, you would think the company would make it a star location. Service is poor. The one teller there is obviously unhappy. If it weren't for the Suntrust in West End on M Street, I would have closed my accounts with this company.

This branch sucks. Never go there. They're sooooo slow and the woman who sets up accounts (I. Harry) has no idea what she's doing and she tries to up-sell only doesn't tell you it costs more until you see it a week later on your statement.
