I was helped by a teller named Lydia, and have nothing but nice things to say about her. She was sweet, patient, and understanding of my complicated situation. If I am going to a bank in person, it’s probably not for something easy or straightforward, but she made the process that I needed help with painless and quick. I could see that she also had a great rapport with the folks that were ahead of me in line as they both left with a smile and I could hear them laughing about whatever they were talking about. Can’t say enough nice things about Lydia at Truist.

I visited the bank yesterday and was met by the rudest teller, who doesn’t even know Truist policy. I was told that if I withdraw from my account it would be closed immediately. Whatever her name is she is dark skin with dreads. Very unnecessarily rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be returning today and withdrawing all of my money from Truist after dealing with that attitude.

Suntrust, now Truist, has all of the standard bank products. They will tell you what you need to hear to get your business. Once you are a customer, they will do everything in their power to deny you those same products, regardless of your high credit score.

Refused to change money from their atm to smaller bills. Very rude!

Switched banks when I moved. Besides being a bit short staffed, my experience was quite wonderful. I opened my account online but ended up finishing the process in the branch. No hiccups throughout the entire process.

This was the first time I came to bank with them and the staff was rude, short, unprofessional and the system was down they weren't willing to help. This is by far the the worst bank
