Truist, I’ve ever been to in my whole life. The bank manager keeps the line running and does not help. They are rude and unprofessional. Every time I come here, I can never receive the assistance that I am looking for please train these people to do better thank you

The absolute worst branch I've ever had to use. One teller working both the line that stretches out to Georgia Ave and drive thru. Meanwhile there's a lady in the back doing other duties as opposed to helping her coworker. Sadly, this is the only one with parking on Saturdays.

This bank is absolutely horrible. They put a security hold on my account, and without giving me any information when my account went to negative balance, they closed the account permanently. Then I received a letter saying that there is a charge off amount that I need to pay in 10 days otherwise it will go to collection department. I am trying to pay that money for 7 days right now and I cannot. Branches of the bank do not help, their fraud department does not answer the phones and customer service says nothing. Also, they do not send me my account balance which is 5.138$ of my salary deposited the day they closed my account. I will try every single legal way to process a complaint about them.

I wanted to talk with a bank teller because I made a mistake online , I have auto pay bills for my rent and it change for May so I try to do it and two extra zeros came up so I went to this branch to get some help and the Manager Mr. Antony waited on me and I try to explain and even try to show him and he's like we don't do that and no one is supposed to go in your personal account please explain this behavior to me please

Nothing is good here. If you are not 70+ and if you use use your time wisely, this is not a right place for you. Honestly, IT IS NOT A BANK by any sense. The old banker lady that wastes your time by chatting with older customers inline, leaving you in office for hours.. Come on....
