Got a haircut from Rosy today and she did a great job with a pretty quick turnaround time. Not that my haircuts are complicated but this is definitely the best 1st haircut I've ever gotten.

I’ve received a very good service in previous occasions. However, today, they closed at 5 even though their own sign says they close at 7. Guess I’ll find somewhere else to get a haircut.

THEY CUT 10 INCHES OFF MY HAIR!! I JUST WANTED 1 INCH OFF. They also destroyed my little brother’s hair. They took off a few inches while talking to her friends and not paying attention. Will never come here again.

Each time you get a different stylist, some are better than others at cutting your hair to your description. The first person I had was a 5 star the last one I had was a 4 star ..

Unfortunately, they only cut straight hair as stated by the Hispanic woman who answered the phone. When asked if they could cut my curly fro down to a low cut, the answer was no.
Also didn’t know what natural hair was and that’s basically a F in the hair bizz in 2024.
