These people do not explain the plans well, they tell you a price in the plans and in the payments they give you another one. I do not recommend Tmobil, they are scammers in this establishment.

A young girl at the counter, didn’t want to help us so she put her ear piece in to have a four way conversation kept saying we need to go to a corporate branch to help fix my Apple Watch she didn’t even try she was like we don’t do that and this is a franchise. We can’t help unless you got it from us. She refuse to let us talk and ignored us to have a conversation with her four friends. She was very disrespectful, rude ignorant and the worse employee ever. No matter how convenient this location is never go to this T-Mobile

Employees at this Tmobile store are simply lazy. First of all, when you walk up to the store you are greeted with a locked door. This already gives you the impression that you are not wanted at this store. Once you get in, they give you the quickest response to get you out of their face and the store. I went here to pick up a SIM card instructed by the customer service representative over the phone. The Manager told me something different, tried to reset the old one which did not work and did not provide me with a new SIM Card. I ended up leaving the store, working with the phone representative who mailed me a new SIM card. Now my phone works correctly. I should of been able to receive service at this location. The store needs customer friendly staff who desires to do their jobs.

Went to this location and the employees were posted infront of the doors and asked me what I was here for and I told them to get my screen protection replaced. They turned me away and told me to go to another T-Mobile because they don’t do screen replacements there. Even though it was raining and I was having a good day I didn’t mind the drive. The issue is I found it weird that they didn’t do it there so I called the company they sent me to, to verify if it’s only specific locations and they said “no, every T-Mobile store can do screen protection replacement and this isn’t the first time they have lied and turned away a customer.” Weird workers to do that for no reason. Sounds like laziness to me.

This is the absolute WORST place to take care of business! I own a business, and most times I would rather reconcile my books, KNOWING that my bill payments went through. As this is literally 25 ft from me, I could simply take a stroll and pay the bill and perhaps do other shopping, except they don't take cash! It is truly disconcerting. Why is cash the worst form of tender . Higher some police if you keep getting robbed!

This store closes at 8pm, I arrived at 7:48pm looking to activate my new phone and to my surprise (sarcasm) the doors were locked. The woman with the horrible lace front said that their systems were down... A joke! I sarcastically responded "Oh your systems are down, huh?" After she got sassy with me, she attempted to help me.....outside! All-in-all, horrible customer service, I hate that T-Mobile took over Sprint.

This is the worst location. They like are shiesty and nobody really wants to do their job correctly. They don’t even take the time to process claims nor do they fix broken screens. You’ll also leave being charged way more than is necessary. I will not be returning. If I could give this location a negative 0 I would.
