Store supply is generally pretty good. Typically has what I’m looking for, but for larger items this Target is usually a miss. Staff are typically hard to find, not helpful, and generally rude. A recent example is when I was trying to use a coupon code and asked an employee who simply asked “well did you read all the instructions?!” Now I would say I am a decently resourceful, tech-savvy person, struggle to figure out how to put the code in. The employee then walked away to leave me struggle in the checkout line while being asked for change. Really not impressed

Would give a zero if I could. All the items were locked up. Took forever to flag someone down then only self checkout open. I like target but would never visit this location again.

Your customer service person Tee was amazing
We bought two hand held fans and she went way above and beyond helping us to install the batteries and get them working
She was so cheerful and kind.
Tee should be awarded employee of the year

Pleasant staff and well stocked with the same items you expect from the larger Targets in the metropolitan area ?

They refuse to staff the registers. Somehow there are staff members walking all around the store but no one to check out your items. You'll have to use one of the self checks (which regularly break). The parking validation is in a ridiculously unintuitive location. Half of the products are locked away behind glass. You have to wave your hand under a sensor to get a staff member to come and open the glass doors for you. It takes several minutes for a staff member to show up and open the cases. There's an armed security guard at the front entrance. You're not getting into the store without at least two people asking you for change in the lobby.

Keep a close eye on the price tags. This is the fourth time in several weeks Target has tried to sell me groceries at higher prices at the register than what’s advertised on their price tags. Target as a corporation has settled lawsuits over these practices in the past, and it appears it’s happening again, at least at this store. Maybe it’s a corporate decision, but even so, a manager, a boss—someone has to take a stand against this. At present, the actual staff on hand has been good about changing the prices to reflect the advertised numbers when I point out the discrepancy, but I worry many other consumers will not realize this issue until it’s too late, if at all. Again, great staff, bad practices.

really not great. definitely gets points for convenience but is always out of stock, and pretty messy too. most items are locked up now and it’s usually pretty understaffed so it takes me like 10 mins just to get what i need. probably one of the worst targets i’ve been to, but good if you need to grab an essential and you’re in a rush.

A beautiful shopping center with good prices, stationery, cleaning supplies, food supplies, kitchen utensils, clothes for children, men, women, everything you can think of. In general, all American centers are like this.

I ame here on a fast mission to get some minor grocery items for my house. I've been to this store a lot because it's close to my house, as well as, all of the other great places north of Georgetown. The first thing that I needed was milk, and although I couldn't locate organic milk, I went ahead and settled for the regular half gallon of whole milk. Orange juice wasn't located too far away so I picked up a gallon container of Tropicana orange juice. I ran out of granola bars some time ago, and I love to snack on those, so I got the Nature Valley oats and honey flavored granola bars. Then the final must-have was a loaf of Nature's Own honey wheat bread. I already have the peanut butter and jelly to make some great sandwiches. That was pretty much all that I could carry for my walk home. There were only a few shoppers in the store and I was able to use the self checkout quickly.

I wanted to ask an associate where the school supplies were but as I was walking towards him he looked me dead in the eye with a mean look and didn’t speak…kept walking by. I was going to say hello and ask but I was too uncomfortable with the encounter..Found the supplies myself ??♀️?

Well trained, helpful staff and a great selection for an urban location. Contrary to other reviews, I’ve never had to wait more than a minute max to get the few items that are locked up. Lots of silly griping here.

Close to metro for convenience at least. Decently stocked when I was there. Had to find staff to unlock cabinet to buy nail clippers which is a joy! But thats the world we live in now.
