I was recently in DC for a wedding. The next morning I headed to the bank early to use the Atm before getting on the road. I parked and as I approached the bank I noticed three men (clothing dispersed around… socks, shoes, etc.) laying in the lobby space between the main entrance and bank entrance. I immediately turned around and got back in my car. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

This Bank has the "Worst" Customer Service in Terms of "Staff"- Theres Always a Line and they always, Always, take FOREVER- short Staffed and a waste of time, and I came to get "Quarters" 3 separate times, and Now they're Predictable. Not only that, the Front door doesn't open all the Way, and it takes ALL of your Body Weight to Open the front door to get into the ATM! In hopes they Wipe them down with Sanitizer! They're "Predictable!"

Four weeks ago I called TD bank customer service to cancel my card because of a fraud alert on my credit card. After 2 hours on the phone (1.5hr on hold) I finally connected with someone that said they canceled the card and that I could pick it up at a local branch in 3 days. 3 days later I visited this branch and after sitting with Sao for 2 hours, I left empty-handed and was told to call Brandon Rainer (VP Retail Market Manager). I called Brandon and was told that I would get a call back. An hour later I followed up with Brandon and my call went to voicemail. I left a message inquiring about my card and 4 weeks later have yet to receive a call back. A week later I visited Sao, who again was not able to resolve my issue in a timely manner, and I left after 20 minutes resolved to have the card mailed to my home and never use it again. After spending another hour on the phone with customer service my original card was FINALLY canceled (after 4 weeks). However, today I logged onto my TD account to see the old last 4 digits of the account number still appearing on my pay portal.Save yourself weeks of irritation by not visiting or doing business with individuals that do not value your time and will blatantly lie to you and ignore your calls. I recommend doing business with Chase, their Freedom Unlimited card gives me 5% cash back which is 3.5% better than anything TD ever gave me.Save yourself weeks of irritation by not visiting or doing business with individuals that do not value your time and will blatantly lie to you and ignore your calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCHNO customer service. Always badly understaffed. Never more than one very slow teller on duty. " loan officers at desks always on the phone, and won't look up at you. Very uninformed employees, sometimes nice people but not trained at all. Don't ask for a balance cause you won't be given one. Horrible experience.

This branch said that they could not give me access to my own account and money because of some technicality that they could not fix and were unable to work with me on, even though I was clearly the account owner. I drove to the Rhode Island location and they were able to help me immediately, even commenting that they weren’t sure why the other branch was being difficult.I frequently have issues going to this branch - I would recommend visiting another one nearby instead.

terrible manager. and customer service. people do your self a favor do not fall for the specials in td bank. it is not true anything they say. they constantly tell you false information they put me on hold for 20 min and i call back again. she reply that i never answered the phone. they try to fool you with their 7 days open a week, guess what. it is a scam. they only open 1 or 2 hours on the weekend. and the rest of the week their hours are shorter than most bank. also they close earlier sometimes with out any notice. their customer service is very dishonest. no wonder they have so many lawsuits against them. look them up in google

The manager was terrible! I went in to open an account and she was obviously being rude to me and her employees. I feel bad that they have to deal with her regularly!

The head teller, Jose Flores, was so kind and helpful! Great experience, great local TD branch.
