Love TD bank but not this location. Asked them about my new card, was told my old one wouldnt de activate till the end of January, that wasn’t true! It was de activated on Friday (the day after I went there) now gotta wait till Tuesday to go to another td brach

This is my permanent bank and I think they do a good job. They are like all other banks but with a personal touch. Do not always agree with them but it is the same with other banks. Their fees are astronomical

Great staff. Not usually crowded. Fewer fees than other big banks. Can print debit cards in the branch and still give counter checks for no fee. Low minimum required in checking account to avoid monthly fee.

Came to the TD Georgetown location to get wills, POE, and Advance Directives notarized for a couple people. The manager of the bank (Constantine) was one of the witnesses and was so fantastic and competent. He knew we needed certain pages notarized that weren't already, which could have potentially saved our survivors some real hassle, if worst case scenario should arise. While he was signing, he was noticing little things - such an impeccable attention to detail. I left feeling really confident that our paperwork is in proper order. Evelin was also a witness and was so impressed by how competent and thorough she was. Iris was our notary - we had around 20 pages that she managed during the signature/notary process. She went through all the pages with my husband to verify everything was in order while Constantine spent time informing me about their process of getting low-pressure/in-house investment advice. We walked out of the bank feeling so relieved. We have the utmost confidence in switching to this TD location from our online bank, thanks to Constantine's exemplary leadership, Evelin's friendliness and attention to detail, and iris's willingness to stick with us to notarize around 20 pages without ever making us feel like it was a hassle - instead, she was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to seeing these guys again.

My small Book Hill business banks here and I go to the branch frequently. The staff are all very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The branch is also active in neighborhood events, like French Market and Winter Wonderland.

terrible customer service, talk to a lady named Yammy all I needed was to change my address and she spoke to me in a very heavy way and sent me to another bank! I will never return to this bank.

This is a visually impressive TD Bank branch--spacious, well designed, clean, and with really high ceilings and a spiral staircase to the upstairs. I would love to work here! The customer service was very good. Two employees greeted me as soon as I walked in. A manager assisted me in some banking transactions with ease and professionalism. If I am in Georgetown again, I would return to bank at this location!
