Yo, this bank is wild. They will just close the lobby and hold your money hostage on a dime (which you'll have no acess to). Historically unable to process things onsite like printing cards so I called ahead an hour ago to ask if they could print and the guy told me to come by. When i got there, folks were already waiting locked out. I called, same guy answered as if nothing was up, then said they were on an "operational break". I asked when it would be over and he said he had to ask someone and out me on hold. Then someone put a sign on the door that lobby was closed and drive through would open in 2 hours. They cannot possibly be allow3d to do that and get paid and sit on MY money. Shut it down.

This is the most unprofessional service. I've ever experienced. From Ms Franklin an Rhode Island ave bank. Loss my friend an they have never made a clear decision. It's also a year an nightmare.

I was here 40 minutes ago and This place, attitude is disgusting year by year! They are never changed. Because of this if new employee comes, goes to the same way or only this kind of employees are sending to here to work this location! Sorry about this!

The website and sign on the door says they open at 8:30. At 8:37 employees show up and tell me that it'll be another ten minutes before they can open. When I finally do get in to conduct my business, they gave me indirect information about my CDs, and I had to go to a different branch to get their mistakes corrected. I don't know if all TD banks are garbage, but this one certainly is

Crummy Bank. Don't let the interior fool you.
Staff loves to leave you waiting. Three tellers and one manager behind the counter, but only one person being served at any given time.
Rude and dismissive to TD customers.

Every time I come to this bank it's always something... the reviews don't lie... go to another location if you can.. the hassle is not worth it. I tried to cash a Canadian check and debating with me in its authenticity... they would t cash it and I had to go to Wells Fargo... this bank is on par for small transactions no fuss no must..

Didn’t let me open a new account because it was one hour before closing. Confused - cause the bank is open? Didn’t upgrade my savings account even know they said it’s done and should be reflected in the app within one day. 10 days later; I am on the phone with TD bank trying to get it done. Because this branch won’t do its job. 0 stars.

Fantastic customer service! Truly, the nicest people work here. Went in today to make a draw on my HELOC. Nonette (sp?) was great - professional and kind. Was happy too, when I came in, that Natasha Johnson was there - she helped me with the initial HELOC two years ago and was always a pleasure to deal with. Before closing in person I talked with her on the phone a few times because I had questions and if she ever had a bad day you wouldn't know it by her demeanor - always upbeat and walked me through the process with patience and competence. Ms. Johnson made taking out a line of credit as pleasant as such an endeavor could be. Anyway, I was glad she was there today because I knew if I had any questions or concerns she'd address them most ably.

I am waiting at Their drive thru line for 20mins now. 1st person came says will get back to you, 2nd person says he has to get someone to help him, and now I am just left waiting. This is not 1st time with long delays but service here is slow and inadequate.

I received the worst customer service at the 905 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington, DC 20018 location. I spoke with a TD Bank representative by the name of Natasha Johnson, who conducted herself in a very rude and unpleasant manor towards me. She was very dismissive and did not address any of my concerns I came in the bank for. lastly, when I would try to voice certain concerns I had regarding my account , she would deliberately ignore me and find any excuse to end our consulting session.

Only giving three stars because the women who work here work hard and are so friendly - despite the long waits. TD Bank needs to get it together and hire people more at this branch. It makes no sense how other locations have employees and this location lacks employees.

I talked to a gentleman named Jason Gutierrez about an overdraft that happened today at my hotel.He went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues and opened his door to me until it was done.He said call me and I'll make sure everything is finished

This is the worst TD bank ever went to cash a check it took 45 minutes for the teller to get supervisors approval to cash check after verification process took 40 minutes they still did not cash the check the manager at this branch Natasha Johnson basically told me if I have a problem with the weight I can go to another location this is the worst location wasted 45 minutes just to have to go to another bank get cash check in-and-out in 15 minutes add another branch
