It’s very unfortunate that everytime I go to this location theres an issue. The staff is rude and also picks and chooses who to attend when they want.

I've banked here for several years and enjoyed very good service. However, the manager of that branch of the bank left six or eight months ago. TD Bank higher-ups brought in as the new manager a man who was very young and inexperienced. Whenever I called with a question, he passed my call on to other people at the bank who had more experience. It confounds me how TD Bank could have selected this person as the manager. I say that especially in light of the fact that there is one very experienced official at this branch who knows how to manage everything. That's the person TD higher-ups should have promoted. Instead, as you can see from other comments, TD Bank has made such a poor decision that it's driving its customers away.

We are working in one restaurant near in this td bank..we change every two weeks in this store..first he ask for my I.d which I show him and ask if I have I.d same adress in my check..I explained to him we just recently move ..and then after he told me he cannot change my check cause they don’t have money and need to wait an hour..where the hell bank doesn’t have money!!!!it is a bank?!!! I’m not cashing millions of dollars !!!! For them not to have money!!!

I'm 8 years customer of great Bank. First time got baddest serve of Bank in my life. They don't give attention and not help you at all. Mostly you gonna just waste your time. Unprofessional!!!!!!Card Printer was not working. Abused as a human. Wasted time. Baddest experience ever!!!

I visited this Branch this morning, I patiently waited until a half an hour passed, I was so very disappointed. I watched 3 different customers come into the Bank and be passed on to 1 available Teller, who was obviously overwhelmed, while the other well-dressed Men passed work onto Her. They were eager to help the other customers get help through Her and when it was my turn the printer wasn’t working, which they alerted to Her to retry the transaction because they were assuring it was now connected. After She attempted again, it failed, I was done. Poor service is what I experienced and I really don’t think they cared. All I needed was a new debit card because I misplaced mine. To add to my issue, my account was locked until I can get a new card and I still have to find another branch where everything is working and staff are available to serve me, after did I mentioned this extra 30 minutes I waited caused me to be late for work, not a good experience at this location. The only thing good was that Poor Female Teller was nice but overwhelmed with initiating All the work activity ; however, no solution for me.

Each time I've gone to this bank, folks are fast and friendly. The location is great, good parking and they have helpful extended hours. They have a new branch manager named Justin who goes way above and beyond for customers. He is an exceptionally service oriented person like you do not see anymore!

I understand being short staff but everyone should be resourceful in providing customer service. I feel the teller B.A. service was off that I completed my transaction at the atm. While at the atm another customer told me how the branch “gets weird here”. Please be pleasant, patient and resourceful when dealing with customers

awkward online tools, horrible telephone support - if you can reach a person - lots of hidden service fees, and bad rates compared to other banks. Frankly, not that friendly either. I got fed up & ended up closing my account

Was racially profiled while here. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend for anyone to go to the Tenleytown location.Which is upsetting due to receiving great customer service from Natasha while initiallyOpening a 3rd account with TD bank overall.A teller who is a Hispanic male with short dark hair and the manager , Amar who also was a male of color were extremely unprofessional and appeared to go out of their way to stereotype and refuse a customer the right to deposit a check into an account even with the primary cardholders name on the check and a parent who also has a second account card and access to the account.It’s 2022 and sad that we are still dealing with this but I’m not surprised. I have escalated my concern to corporate as well.Update: received a phone call from the Manager after he was contacted by corporate. He proceeded to argue that there was “miscommunication” and that my mother (who has her own pin, own access and card number) would need to be a “joint” person on the account , not just someone with “complete access” and is in the system as an authorized user; make that make sense.Still don’t recommend this branch at all. And I hope they receive feedback and implement it accordingly to perform better ethical and moral choices in their place of business.

This location has been the best banking experience I have had. The longer than typical hours are helpful and the space is bright and welcoming. The ATM gives the option of $50, $20, and $5's which I appreciate.The best part is the staff who is always friendly and helpful. They are responsive and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. I especially appreciate the service I have received from Najee, Jason, and Amar.I have my kids opening accounts here and plan to do more business banking in the future.
