Great service, great inventory, validated parking, decent prices. And convenient! What more could you want? Over the years, I have come to this hardware store for everything ranging from plants and fertilizer to mouse traps to having keys cut. I love that I can ask any employee where to find whatever it is I need and they all know where to send me. Kudos, Ace Hardware!

I've been going to this store for 10 years now and has always received great care. Today though, just like a couple months ago, I was in need of very specific help and surely enough, May, you manager has been of incredible help. What a pleasure to deal with May and her team - they truly go above and beyond to help customers. Thank you so much, once again, for all your help!!

The staff here are knowledgeable, patient, and great at teaching! I don't have a ton of experience with handiwork, but they answer questions and give advice without condescending to you at all. Recently, manager May spent about an hour helping me figure out the best way to complete a project, walking me through the route we chose step by step, and helping me rent the tools I needed for the job. The uniquely impressive customer service level makes me want to continue coming back and trying new projects :)

I rely on my local Ace Hardware store for many things. Yesterday I went in to get some advice about repainting my kitchen table. Sanchez who attended me was super. He guided me on what brush to buy and informed me that I could rent an electric sander. He went a step further by calling a contractor friend to get advice on the type of paint that I needed to use and the grade of sandpaper. The results are fantastic. I'm really happy. The service was amazing and this was above and beyond. I'd like to give him a special shout out... As I was unable to fill out the survey.
