Ms. Richardson was terrific to work with and very accommodating! She was honest and transparent, which is what you need. Although I proceed with a different apartment complex, the interaction and experience she gave was great.

Shame on Kettler for completely ruining this community. It went totally downhill over the 3 years I lived there. Now I’m having a terrible time settling move-out charges.
Packages go “missing” despite pictures of the delivery and a “secure package room.” They do not use the package lockers at all. I’ve never received packages from Ulta, Dyson, Target, and Amazon DESPITE pictures of the deliveries from shipping companies.
Maintenance has broken several personal items when inside my apartment. I came home to a broken vase, no note, and no cleanup.
The gym has multiple missing or broken items. It used to be great under Bozzuto’s management.
Police are constantly hanging out in the lobbies, outside on the benches, parked in front and back, and walking around. It’s unsettling and does not make me feel safer, quite the opposite.
The only good thing I have to say about this community is the night shift concierge. He is so nice, warm, and an asset to the building. The central business office, where they direct 90% of your emails and complaints, is run by a woman named Carrie Oelze. She is an embarrassment to the company.

I wanted to give a special thank you to Leasing agent Ms. Richardson! I was in a bind and I needed a place to move in immediately. Ms.Richardson made the experience seamless and stress free! I am happy to call The Chase my new home. I love the energy of the property and the proximity to transportation and even the neighborhood bars and eateries. Great experience so far! Highly recommended 👌🏾

I moved to the Chase in February 2025 and my experience so far has been remarkable. A month before my move, I'd say that going through the building's Google review left me hopeless and scared to apply to it, even though I really loved the layout and proximity of the building. I was particularly scared that a couple of people had consistently mentioned in their reviews that with the new Kettler management, the standards and quality of services offered had severely deteriorated, but glad I took a chance. My experience so far has been top-notch (not in any way to invalidate other's poor experiences...but hinting that things might have stabilized and changed a whole lot in the past month or two).
Rennel Richardson and Dimitri Ahladiotis had been the stars of the show. Rennel is always willing to help and pretty responsive to emails and inquiries. On moving in, I had some issues with my dishwasher and the maintenance team solved the problem in no time and in a very professional manner too. Once that was done, Dimitri called to check on the result and that really demonstrated how much they cared. On several other instances, Rennel and Dimitri had also checked in to see if my stay was going well and if there was anything they could do to improve. This showed how much they really cared and wanted to continue doing better. All the advertised amenities and apartment appliances are functional and in great working conditions. I am very comfortable and think I made the right decision to move here. Consider moving here too - you'd like it. Rennel and Dimitri will make your stay worth it.

Poor customer service. I used to live at this property when it was managed by Bozzuto and when I inquired about packages to the concierge they were very nice about it. My husband called the building this morning to inquire about some mail that was incorrectly sent to our old address in Bryant St (error of the sender because we had provided our new address) and the person who answered the phone was rude about it and did not want to check if that package had been received by them or not. My husband didn’t appreciate the poor customer service nor the attitude and he hung up on them only for him to receive a call back from the property and then get hung up on back. The owners of this building did a mistake hiring Kettler to manage this building. I have friends who still live at the property who are planning on moving out because of similar experiences regarding management and their handling of packages.

While at first we came across a fallout where I was denied residency, I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue and I moved here. Apartments have their ups and downs, no place is perfect, but I will say where I came from...I appreciate this place more. They communicate and correct errors. Love that I'm a 4/5 minute walk away from Metro to get to work instantly. The gym is my favorite place. Rennel Richardson has been great as well as the entire concierge staffing. I have come across a bad trashing area once, but that is to the doing of residents, however the next day it is cleared/cleaned.

TLDR: Do not move here. Management is bad.
Adding my voice to all the other former tenants. I moved here when the property was new and being managed by Bozzuto and it was fantastic. Since Kettler took over in Spring 2023 it became a terrible place to live. The maintenance became bad, and the leasing office and management are very unresponsive. They lost my packages including very sensitive documents that were not replaceable. The concierges are subcontractors and the concierge company is awful. Very unresponsive and unhelpful. Literally till my last day, I was frustrated by the company. Finally moved out and even when they sent me an outrageous move out bill, I paid it because I was just glad to be rid of them. I had convinced people to move here under Bozzuto, but we are all moving out now. While the building might be conveniently located, the management makes it a terrible place to live.

Have nothing but great things to say about the apartment complex, facilities, and leasing team at The Chase. We had our tour last year with Jonathan. He’s truly one of the best. He was very patient, knowledgable, enthusiastic, professional, and just an overall asset to the leasing team. He made our tour enjoyable and ultimately led to us signing and being here almost 2 years now. The building is convenient due to the metro being literally at your front door step giving you access to the city and all it has to offer. The market downstairs is phenomenal with many food and drink options. The Alamo theater is down the block which is also a plus if you are a movie goer. There’s a nice walking trail that leads to a few breweries in the case you wanted to go for a jog/walk and catch a craft beer on your way back. Overall The Chase is a great place with all the convenience one could ask for.

I've lived here for over 2 years, and while I miss Latoya and Jared, Mia has been such a fesh breath of air. If i have any question or concern, I feel comfortable going to Mia because she really knows her stuff and has gotten even the smallest concerns resolved for me. On top of that, Mia has been amazing at hosting events, and I've felt more chances to get to know my neighbors because of her. For Mia, I'm so grateful because she makes Chase what it is.

2 year update:I still love my apartment and the staff, but the floors are cheaply made. Meaning I can hear the neighbor below me and other dogs in the building barking ALL the time. I’ve complained multiple times but unfortunately there’s not much that can be done.The staff was super friendly, organized and efficient (shout out to Jarrett and Oliver) as well as proactive to inquire if I had any questions or concerns. Appreciate that everything is new and all the natural light the unit brings in.

Mia did an AMAZING job giving me a tour of this property. She was personable, informative, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. She has definitely put The Chase at the top of my list for apartments. Fantastic job!!

Living in this apartment building has been such a delight, and I attribute much of that to the wonderful concierge (Jarred)and leasing agent team(Demarco)They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, comfortable, and at home.The concierge team is always ready with a friendly smile, which makes coming home after a long day so much more pleasant. They are knowledgeable about the building and the area, so they're always able to provide helpful recommendations or information. Whether it's helping me with packages or answering a simple question , they always seem to know the right thing to do.Demarco has also been a tremendous help throughout my time here, exceeding my expectations at every turn. They were patient in answering all of my questions before I moved in, and did a thorough job of explaining everything I needed to know about the building and its amenities. During move-in, they coordinated all of the details flawlessly, making it a seamless and stress-free process.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming home. The concierge and leasing agent team are truly exceptional, and they make living here a real pleasure.

I recently got the chance to tour with Mia at this property. She was funny, answered all of my questions (even some I had but forgot to ask) and made the experience very welcoming. The concierge was also great and friendly. I’ll definitely be applying here based off of staff, amenities, and how beautiful the property is.
