Delicious breakfast blt and pastries. Generously sized blt. Excellent, speedy service. Great atmosphere for a quick bite or to study. The sweeter, more elaborate coffee options and horchata looked very tempting. I'll have to try them next time.

Was looking for coffee and found this really nice place tucked away in a corner. Very reasonably priced and opens at 7am for weekdays!
