The Mortgage Option, Inc and their team are an amazing group of knowledgeable and experience individuals that you can put your trust in when it comes to home buying. Trust and integrity are vital to me, Freddie and his team were exemplary and delivered bigtime beyond my expectation. Everything he promised after reviewing my credit report was delivered during closing. He got me the best rate possible at the time, low closing cost, made sure every document I needed for a successful closing by the closing date was in place. Freddie was the only loan officer that promised me from the beginning that he can get me to a successful closing of my single-family home buying without having to sell my townhouse of 15 years, and he delivered. Others were advising me to sell my townhouse before I could qualify for a new loan, and they were wrong. Freddie’s advice and guidance throughout the process was on point and exceptional. Buying a house is a daunting task especially as a first-time buyer. When my wife and I decided it was time to purchase our first home, we shopped around for a bit and got discouraged with the whole process.
