This was my second time visiting The Phoenix. Very cute shop with a unique inventory. I was able to find a cute gift for my brother. I do agree with other reviews, the employees watch you as a hawk, but I just ignore them. The cashier was very nice and even offered to pack the gift, free of charge! I will the wrapping paper would have been Christmas colors instead of a bright yellow. Most items are on the expensive side. Still, I'll be returning... probably for Mother's Day.

The Phoenix had such a lovely curation of gifts and products. We were able to do some holiday shopping and the store associates were so friendly and kind. Highly recommend supporting this small business!

Such a beautiful store right in the heart of Georgetown! The assortment of clothing, home goods, skincare, bath, and body are curated perfectly. The staff are so kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend checking this store out (in person or online)!

Such an astounding and lovely store - really beautiful selections, all curated with style care. A wonderful and original vibe in all directions, and … dare I say it … timelessly cool! I placed my order online, from Brooklyn, and had a couple of follow up amendments to make. Samantha was kind and generous and communicative in every way. I truly look forward to purchasing more from The Phoenix in the coming months and years.

I cannot say enough about this adorable little Georgetown shop, every gift I need, they come through with something I love. The owner is the most delightful woman and does her best to make her guests happy! Thank you so much for the soap samples today, that made us SO HAPPY! Can't wait for them to restock, they are always in demand!

I am so delighted with my experience shopping with this store! I had been searching for a particular Frank & Eileen dress and couldn’t find my size available until I stumbled across The Phoenix through a google search. Not only did they have the exact dress in my size, they shipped it (for free) the same day I ordered it and it arrived the following day! It was beautifully packed with a sweet note of thanks for shopping “small”. Now that this lovely DC store is on my radar, this Philly girl will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

I haven't been to the store in person, but the owner has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond in helping me locate a specific item they don't even carry. The level of customer service I've received is so appreciated and much more than I am used to (especially considering there's no sale at the end of it for her). Thanks Sam!
