The Tile Shop is great! Just used them for the third time. The showroom is convenient and has an impressive selection of high quality classic and artisan tiles. The staff knows their stuff and is super friendly especially Lex. They shipped my tiles on time and right to my house and are great about letting you return any excess tiles.

We had an excellent experience with Connor selecting tile for our kitchen and bathroom. The Tile Shop had a good selection of materials and Connor’s artistic eye and knowledge of what would look good together made it easy to decide what we wanted and what would look good in our small space.

She listened carefully to the vibe we were going for and our overall direction, then gave us just enough options to help us choose without overwhelming us. The team here is always helpful and friendly. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service, following up with customers and answering questions to ensure customers are fully informed. Connor is also very helpful and friendly. It’s a nice team and the location is great for those who live in DC.

Making choices from the hundreds of possibilities at The Tile Shop on Wisconsin Ave. and narrowing it down to six or eight seems like a time-consuming and daunting task to me. Yet, this is exactly what our sales associate, Connor, did for us. After a brief conversation of what we needed, bathroom flooring, he was able to point us in the right direction, and a short time later, we had it down to four choices to debate. Also, there was no pressure to buy right then. Much appreciated, Connor!

Payton made my project effortless thanks to her professionalism. The Tiles Shop Tenleytown sales team is a joy to work with. Product did not disappoint. Delivery could have been handled in a better way but I will blame the driver for it. Nothing major though.
