On 12/15 at 5:30pm came to ship out 3 return packages (2 of which were oversized and heavy boxes), I had to take trips into the store to bring each one in. The first time I came in one of the store assistants opened the door but didn’t offer to help or offer to use a cart/dolly to bring the box in. I let them know I was bringing another box in and at no point did they offer further help (there was also no other customers in the store at that point). The next box I brought in a CUSTOMER had to help me (which I dropped) while the TWO staff just stared at me. I brought the box up to the front and she just watched me struggle to get it in the counter so she could scan it. She then practically threw the receipt at me without a thank you, have a good night, nothing… it was so embarrassing and unnecessary, I actually got emotional when I got to my car. I wanted to say something but didn’t want to be a “Karen.” Really disappointing and unnecessary behavior.

I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.

I recently visited your UPS store and met your wonderful employee, Janiyah. She answered all my questions, advised on my shipping options and made suggestions on the best way to reinforce my package for shipping. She was so kind and efficient. I usually don’t like to visit the stores due to long lines and customer service that is not great. But this visit was a breeze and I left smiling. Thank you Janiyah!!

I have not been into the physical printing store in years. The customer service that I received was exactly how a customer should be treated. Ms. Janiyah it's a wonderful employee. I must admit some UPS Stores don’t have pleasant people working them but this one has some of the most pleasant ladies ever! I specially ask for Janiya when it comes down to something I need done fast or very particular!
