I went in to the store last Sunday for notary service and to see if I could get some help with a pre-paid shipping label. There were two guys there running the show that provided fantastic customer service, above and beyond anything I could have expected. The UPS website was a little jankie for the particular thing I needed to do with the label (I needed it for a date out into the future that wasn't available online), but the guy helping me knew exactly what to do and made it super easy for me to finish the transaction there and then. This sort of experience makes me want to go with UPS over FedEx when I have the choice. I wish I'd ask for the guys' names to give them the credit they deserve.
