Absolutely Loveeeee this location, The lady Yolanda is amazing, I was having so much trouble at the self service kiosk while returning an amazon package and without me even having to ask, she came right over after assisting her customer. She is also nice and patient every single time I go in.

I love this ups store! The staff are so friendly and helpful. It gets very busy with the foot traffic in that plaza but they are so efficient with managing the long lines. Shipping packages can be stressful but with them it feels easy.

The hours for Sunday have to be edited on Google. I drove here on Sunday to find that it was closed. Very frustrating to waste gas and the store is closed because they didn’t update the hours. Fix it please. Putting a sign on the door is not enough when the majority of people look on Google first.
When I come to this store on the weekdays, I have no issues. The service is prompt. I’ve done Fieldprint, dropped off Amazon packages, and more.
Edit: I edited the hours for Sunday and they approved the changes for Sunday so now it should say the store is closed on Sunday when you google it.

I went to this UPS this morning (9/29/24) because the website says that its open at 9:30 am on Sundays and I have went there on a Sunday in the past when arrived at 10 am doors, locked, gate down inside and hours beside Sundays reads CLOSED. If this location is now closed on Sundays please update it on your website.

Based on reviews, this seems like it’s a good store but I wouldn’t know because it turns out they’re not open on Sunday. They should update their store hours so people don’t waste time.

ON 6/22/24 I was greeted by Yolanda who was taking care of other customers while given instructions to the customer before me. Very respectful and knowledgeable about our concerns regarding our packages. She took her time and I felt as if I was the only one in the store.Her service was 5 stars for me. I appreciate her service, above and beyond. Thank you Yolanda
