I was helped by Yolanda at the fort Lincoln location. Had a few Amazon returns and a Verizon item return. Was able to get me in and out in 10 mins! By far the best experience I’ve had at UPS. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very rude customer service experience at least they didn't charge me for the label.Response to Owner: Dropped to one star due to your response. I bet you were the one with the bad customer service based solely on your ignorant response. Don't try to edit your response because I have a screenshot. I guarantee with your level of ignorance you won't be in business long and that will be expected right! You completely missed the mark and are wrong in every area of your response. I wanted nothing for free and not paying had nothing to do with my level of experience you simple stooge with was your ignoramous that caused it!!!

The lady working here yelled at me. She had the worst customer service. She wasn't even helping me! The young man on the other hand, who was helping me or was trying to help me, was very polite and very sweet and very nice. Even after that lady yelled at me and him a little bit. Some people should not be working in customer facing roles.All I was doing was processing an Amazon return. Nothing super complicated. No need to yell at anyone especially a customer and in front of a bunch of other customers who were also there. How embarrassing, for her, and the brand / business.If I could give one star I would give that to the lady. The young man on the other hand I would give five stars! So settled on 3. To the young man, Thank you for keeping your cool and being very nice to me considering the situation. So appreciate you! Keep it up! You are our future and we need (especially in DC) more ppl like u!!!!

Such an amazingly friendly place. I went in to rent a mailbox and everyone had such an amazing attitude and wonderfully beautiful smile on their face. It made my day going in there and will look forward to the visits to my mailbox. The customer service is top notch.

My experience with the UPS store’s mailbox service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To begin with, the employee who sold me the mailbox failed to mention that the purchase was non-refundable, which I consider a severe lack of transparency.The most infuriating issue I encountered was with the USPS online mail forwarding system. It’s astonishing that this UPS store’s location is not recognized as having multiple units, making it impossible for me to forward my mail seamlessly. When I brought this glaring problem to the management’s attention, their response was shockingly unhelpful. I was essentially told to fend for myself and go to the post office.This entire experience has been a complete letdown, and I can’t help but feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I demand a refund for the mailbox purchase, as I see no reason why I should pay for a service that has caused me such unnecessary inconvenience. This UPS store needs to seriously reevaluate its customer service and its relationship with USPS to avoid driving away more dissatisfied customers like myself.

I wish ZERO STAR!!! They need to train all employees to ensure first are served first. Today (August 12) around 1 pm, I came to this store and asked her if I can borrow a troller because I had two heavy boxes, she said no. Then I repeatedly asked her that I need her help so I couldn’t carry them by myself. She was a terrible attitude and ignored me and attended other customers. Where is the first are served first? I was waiting for her for 10 minutes for nothing. She said that can’t ship because the ups was not valid for drop off so I asked her don’t mind if we can carry back to my car but she did not help me at all.. I had to push them. I couldn’t believe how she did not really great service. I drove 40 minutes out my way and carried boxes for NOTHING! This is WORST location, I won’t come back again! Then I came to other store in Woodmore Center near Landover. This is BEST location plus friendly customer service! Highly recommend this store (9103 Woodmore Center Lanham, MD) they said that two boxes can drop off without receipt. Then later hours I received email that they were shipped, awesome! I will file a complaint for lady employee if they do not reply to me this solve.
