Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. 😂

Do you need someone creative to make a custom sign? Tabitha is THE person to see @ this UPS. Tabitha designed my template, made it cutsey all while providing attentive customer service. She was responsive with her communications and went the extra sure that I was satisfied with her design. It turned out fantastic and I couldn't ask for a more positive experience!

This location is great. Tabby keeps the shop running like clockwork and supports busy guests to get them on their way quickly. Extremely professional; would definitely recommend this store.

While I’ve had relatively little issues in the past with this store, today I had the great displeasure of speaking with one of their employees- a person named Eric- over the phone. He is the type of person who as a business owner, you would not want to have be responsible for customer relations or customer service. I was very disappointed with the way he spoke to me when I called to inquire about a service UPS offered, and was quite rude and unhelpful. To top it off, he pretended not to hear anything i said towards the end of the conversation, repeatedly saying he couldn’t hear me, blurting out “hello” multiple times like the call signal was bad. I have followed up with his manager, who was helpful in providing me with the information I needed, and I plan to file a formal complaint with customer relations at UPS. This is not how you run a business.

There is no store here. It's a vacant lot. There's no store at this location. It is a vacant lot. I spent $10 getting here only find a vacant lot at this location. There is no store here they should be removed.

I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store! Every time I come in, the staff goes above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free! Nala, Tabitha, Will, and Eric are always so accommodating, kind, and efficient. They genuinely care about helping customers, whether I literally come in frantic trying to ship something ASAP and they help me quickly and accurately, or I just need something packaged carefully and explained with patience. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel both taken care of and valued, but they do it every time. Truly the best customer service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! Will went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and patient in answering all my questions. What really stood out was how attentive and welcoming he was. It made the whole process quick and easy. It's rare to find customer service this genuine and consistent. I'll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to others!
