Absolutely horrible experience here. They sold me a broken air king watch and refused to refund my money. They think because they sell jewelry that somehow they’re above consumer protection laws.

I have been a loyal customer of Tiny Jewelry Box for over ten years, and I am deeply upset by the treatment I received at your store on Wednesday, November 5, around 1:40 PM.
I came in to have a necklace, the first gift my husband gave me about five years ago, repaired. While a front desk employee kindly directed me to the repair area, I was met by a female staff member whose behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She mocked me when I said I purchased the necklace here, questioned my claim in a condescending way, and then told me that “we no longer do business with David Yurman,” insisting that I must go elsewhere for the repair. When I asked for guidance on the nearest location, she flatly refused and showed no willingness to assist, speaking and acting in a way that was extremely disrespectful and dismissive.
This is completely unacceptable. A loyal customer deserves professionalism, respect, and helpful service—not to be mocked or treated with such disdain. This experience has destroyed the positive impression I have had of your store for years.
I expect a formal apology from your store and assurance that such appalling treatment will not happen again. I also urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent similar situations in the future.

Today I had the wonderful fortune of getting to work with Ahmed Mazen to purchase a watch. Cannot recommend this place or Ahmed enough!

Can’t thank Dani and Daimen enough for helping me find my dream watch! My husband bought his dream watch last October right after our wedding, and I signed up for mine. Then, only after one year, Dani called and I still can’t believe it came true! I sincerely appreciate how dedicated and thoughtful Dani and Daimen have been, they are a team that truly cares about customers, takes them seriously, and works extra harder to help.
P.S. Even if Daimen does not work here anymore, my husband and I genuinely miss working with him and wish him all the best.

Tiny Jewel Box is such a gem! I’ve been here a handful of times over the years to inquire about repairing heirloom jewelry, get my watch serviced, and most recently, to browse engagement rings with my boyfriend. Each visit has been so pleasant, helpful, and welcoming with the most professional staff who clearly know their stuff.
We were paired with Heather who went above and beyond to source diamonds for us and walk through all possible ring settings. She was extremely communicative and thorough during our time together, and was always honest about what could and couldn’t be done for custom jobs — which we really appreciated. Ring shopping can be an intimidating experience, but Heather made it approachable with her warm and knowledgeable demeanor, with absolutely zero pressure to make any kind of decision.
Ultimately, we decided to move forward with a different jeweler who could better accommodate our specific requests and criteria, however, I’m so grateful for our experience at TJB and wholeheartedly recommend checking it out and asking for Heather if you’re in the market for engagement rings (or any other fine jewelry).

Months ago My wife and I, we visited Tiny Jewelry Box and was greeted by Mark, We looked around, tried on a few pieces and had a great conversation about watches. After some time went by we received the call from Mark to pick up the watch of our interest.
