I can't say enough about the phenomenal experience I had at Tiny Jewel Box! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Devon, a sales consultant who went above and beyond to make my watch buying experience truly exceptional.I was specifically interested in a Santos-Dumont watch, and Devon's knowledge and expertise on the timepiece were incredibly impressive. He patiently explained the different models and their functionalities, ensuring I understood all the details before making a decision.Devon wasn't just about making a sale; he genuinely cared about finding the perfect watch for me. His attentiveness, coupled with his in-depth product knowledge, made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.While browsing the exquisite selection of watches, I also expressed interest in trying on a Rolex GMT Master II. I had an amazing experience with Moe at this jewelry store. He helped my fiancée and me find a watch that we both loved. Although we encountered some issues during the payment process, Moe and his team were incredibly patient and resolved everything for us. I will definitely keep coming back here. This is one of my favorite jewelry stores!

Amazing store, great service, friendly atmosphere, and great conversation can be found at Tiny Jewel Box. I'm very glad that this is now my local dealer for all things watches and jewelry. I purchased a Tudor watch and was helped by Charlie, who was excellent. Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable about watches and horology and I had a great experience working with him. The rest of the staff here are amazing as well. I am now a loyal Tiny Jewel Box customer, thank you all!

Watch service can be painful and expensive, especially when it's due to an accident. Steven coordinated everything and managed the process like an absolute pro, going above and beyond every step of the way. My watch is back on my wrist and running like a dream. I had the fortune of being assisted by Lacey in my search for an engagement ring. The attention to detail here is amazing and the patience they showed to myself was so encouraging. I was taken through the whole process and the inner details of ring purchase. Lacey is wonderful and I definitely recommend her for your assistance. Fantastic products. Made to order if you wish. I was traveling for work and the bracelet of my watch started to come loose from the lug. It was promptly given to the watchmaker who replaced the pins. The whole thing took 10 mins and they didn’t charge me. Knowing that I am not likely to return as I don’t live in DC, they could have charged but they didn’t. Excellent service like this deserves to be called out. I strongly encourage everyone to do their watch shopping and repairs here!

Update: Nobody or company is perfect, so how a company deals with an issue is what should really matter. Tiny Jewel Box quickly contacted us about our issue and in the most professional way possible made things right. Excellent work. Mark Clay was the one who reached out and invited us back to give them a chance to make things right. Mark was a pleasure to talk with and a consummate professional. If you go, call and make an appointment to work with Mark. You’ll be glad you did.——-Not great. We went in two months ago and started talking with Michael. He seemed nice enough. Today, after a month of very slow-to-respond texting from Michael, waiting, and being told it would take time, I updated him on our watch collection. We've spent $200k on watches in January and February, so of course our collection has grown and our needs have changed. Instead of working with us to understand our collection and find us watches we want, Michael's advised (insinuating that it came from his manager) was for me to take my business elsewhere, which I'm happy to do.If you want a professional, friendly, enjoyable watch shopping experience you'll have better results at other ADs in the area. If you do stop by Tiny Jewell Box, maybe try to get a sale associate more seasoned than Michael.

Very average experience. We made it very clear that we were serious about our watch collecting, but I see from the reviews here that the salespeople would rather court clients they think are high rollers (they missed the boat with us - we must not have acted snobby enough) rather than take the time to treat every potential client with respect. We were told in no uncertain terms that we needed to show them we would buy things from them before they would offer us a timepiece we were interested in - but I see from reviews here that they most certainly do that for others. There are better ADs in town - I recommend going to anyone but these folks.

Came on a random Friday on my Day off with no purchase history and entered in through the Rolex entrance and talked with Devon and tried on a Sea dweller, GMT, and Sub all in a steel and yellow gold bracelet for a timepiece I can dress up or down. Put myself down for the sub expecting to wait 1-2 years if im lucky.Didnt even know Rolex was apart of the tiny jewel box. I exited out of the door i came in and entered through the Patek entrance as a gentleman told me theres more to the store and didnt realize it was all connected lol. Walked over to see the other brands and met up with Michael over at IWC and really liked the Top Gun 41 Chrono. Just chatted about watches in general and moving to a 3 to 5 piece collection.Grabbed their cards from both of them and left to go see what Tysons had to offer. Texting a friend that imma just go home and dream about a call from the AD, minutes later i get a call from Devon saying he had the Sub 126613LN available for purchase! 3 hour wait isnt bad lol, rare occasion that a piece is available the day of. So if your reading this its possible!Ive been to several boutiques and this one was the best Overall in all categories of purchasing a luxury timepiece. I hope to do more business here in the future as some of my family members also want some pieces as well.Thanks again Devon and Michael!
