Great finds here, lots of stuff. Very good for gifts and has a large selection of clothes. Staff deals with customers in a very firm way, which is understandable, considering how central this location is for tourists. While customer service isn’t an easy job, it could be improved here in the language and attitude when dealing with non-aggressive customers. Overall, would recommend for the selection just don’t expect good customer service.

Store is clean but employees are very rude and not willing to help. They don’t acknowledge you but then when you ask them something they’re very short and I’m willing to assist.

I had a frustrating experience in the fitting room here. After trying on clothes, I brought the items I didn’t want to the designated area outside, thinking that was the process. But the staff insisted I hang the clothes back on hangers myself, even though my hands were full, which made it really inconvenient.
I get that they want to keep the fitting rooms organized, but it would’ve been nice if they offered to help instead of pushing me to do it when it clearly wasn’t practical.
Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the experience for others!

They closed earlier, and you can't stay to collect a bill, they automatically close the tills, terrible service, and they don't pay attention to languages.

One may find nice things for one third, one fourth of the prices elsewhere. However patience is important while seeking the thing you look for among the large number of stuff exhibited. Return policy works promptly.

I have the best shopping here but I have to stay focused because there is a good variety of items. I bring a list. The jewerly is a solid ever changing case. It is good to take a look.
