This agency is absolutely wonderful. The best insurance experience I’ve had. I’ve worked with Beth numerous times as well as Katie. Every time my questions are answered, my requests are addressed and there are different ways I can reach them like call or text. My car insurance policy is awesome and I got my first life insurance policy for my family with Beth as well. I really feel taken care of. Thank you.

I transfer to VA to you guys agent place .the way she treats me is wonderful . I never see the person care about the coustmer bottom of my heart. I would give this office 5 stars however be careful if you are removing any thing from the policy that gives you discounts. I had a car removed from my policy in August that resulted in the multi discount being removed .However that discount want removed in August and it is now November and State Farm is saying I owe them the discount back from Aug . According to Ms. Kim who is the Customer specialist said the “billing team at times are running behind when it come to customer policies. I am not able to go in and apply a discount to myself let alone removing a discount. Why I am responding for paying something back that should have been removed back in August .” All Ms. Kim can say is that’s the bottom line and it’s nothing I can do about this issue. “Go somewhere else . They don’t value customers money or seem to care how to handle customer policy’s . I never heard of anything like this .

I had the PLEASURE of speaking with Amanda in helps of setting up my new policy. She was nothing short of a highly knowledgeable, patient, competent and all around friendly representative. She made me feel comfortable and went over every option that suited my life and its needs including the car of course. If this company employs a person of her quality they have to be the team I need. My last insurer raised my prices after a missed inspection. Once inspected, my car was fine, but the increase was still quite substantial.This office was extremely helpful in getting me sorted out and my rates are now lower than they were before the increase from my previous insurer.Ericka is a great representative to work with and has helped to facilitate the process every step of the way.

After moving to DC, I reached out to this State Farm office for insurance. Ericka Byrd has invested significant time and energy ensuring that I have what I need, resolving problems that had no apparent cause and providing interim solutions while awaiting more permanent fixes. She will not stop until everything is correct. As a result of her persistence and demonstrated commitment to customer service, I highly recommend this office.
