I usually love Trader Joes until recently. On a recent shopping trips I got bad food. I wanted to treat myself and picked up a filet mignon for dinner. When I opened the package to cook it it smelled like the sewer! I took it back immediately! I was refunded with no issue but meat that smelled like sewage! No thank you I like my stomach and do not want food poisoning so I will refrain from buying meat at Trader Joes!

Flowers! Flowers! Flowers! And I love the produce, goat milk, large chocolate bars, and tons of other stuff. I first shopped at Trader Joe's in 1979 in Santa Monica, CA.

Great grocery store near Catholic University and Basilica in DC.
Free parking (tight space), friendly staff, well stocked shelves.

09/26/2025-I walked to the store during my lunch break. I love the open, bright lighted interior. Staff is friendly, personable, and quick. I almost lost my whole head when I stumbled upon so many nice and exciting “pumpkin “ food and beverage items!!! I am excited and happy! I found more stuff and purchased my lunch! Awesome!!!

I mean is there even such thing as a bad Trader Joe’s? This place is magical, customer service is always top tier above and beyond, always a great selection of food, and finally a very convenient location for me, right between my work and home which is pretty dangerous for my wallet but oh well…
