Be extremely careful buying fresh food from this location - several times since moving to this area, I have purchased produce from this location without looking carefully only to come home and find that it is rotten. Not kind of bad - sopping-with-mold-and-bacteria rotten (rancid blueberries, inedible moldy kale, etc.). I took a chance on a $15 grass fed ribeye today (checked the date - it says it is good for another week) and when I opened it the smell was absolutely horrid and the meat was GREEN and fuzzy. They must have an issue with refrigeration at this location or something. Beware - their food could make you extremely sick if you’re not careful. I will going to Mom’s in Ivy City from now on. Strongly advise reporting them to a local health authority if you have the same experience because seems like a LOT of people have had trouble with bad food here.

First time there and I loved it. The meats are so fresh it looks like the animals are in the back. The produce are just beautiful. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. Parking is free. I will definitely go back.

One of my favorite Trader Joe’s locations in DC. Parking could be difficult, but I was always able to find a spot. Great people, nice flowers and produce, lovely atmosphere of a home store.

Good selection of food and drink, convenient for the surrounding hotels like the Morrow by Hilton, friendly staff.Full marks for having hearing impaired staff working there on the checkouts (a supervisor is always on hand to help)

It had good choices of fruits and vegetables. Hear maybe. But very limited in other items. It's not a real supermarket. Not even a purpose grocery store, but useful for food stuff. Clean and organized. Friendly staff if you find one. They're mostly cashiers.

This jawn be poppinnn. Lol. I’m strategic with when I go here because it can get lit and sometimes then shelves can get a little barren because of demand- but also it’s clutch! They have the best pricing on flowers which we love to see. And their juice selection always has something to try.PARKING HERE IS GROSS. And they will tow you. THEY WILL TOW YOU, TICKET YOU ETC. so be careful :)

This used to be my favorite Trader Joe's but lately the customer service has been terrible. Cashiers ignore customers standing in line or doubling up on one register when registers are open... Tonight a cashier named Talia recognized a friend in the line that was stretching to the dairy section... She reached over the divider, took her friend's basket, and let her cut over half a dozen people who were waiting... The managers need to get things under control
