This is, without a doubt, an absolutely amazing bike shop! About a month ago, I bought a road bike here, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had some issues with payment on the day of purchase, but they patiently waited for me and went out of their way to help. They were so warm and supportive, answering all my questions in great detail. Every time I came back for adjustments, they remained just as patient and helped me resolve any issues smoothly. Truly a fantastic experience!

Fantastic! Ryan, the bike repairs dude is very nice and explained to me what I needed and gave the price prior. He even fixed some break issues I’ve been having. Also had it all done in 2 hours so I shopped around for a bit and was able ride outta there.

Wow, I thought customer service was dead, but not here. I had brought in a bike for shipping, and a shipping box. When I went to pick up, the box could not be found (wish I had known they could box up a bike for us, but I had paid a lot for the bike box). Chris didn’t charge me for packing the bike, and was just so gosh darn nice about the whole process that I have faith in humanity again.

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable with advice about my mountain bike’s dropper seat post.
They have also large clean shop area where they can service non-Trek bikes.

We rented 2 e-bikes from this Trek store and received excellent services. Every person in the store was super friendly, reserved the right size bikes for us (you need to reserve a day in advance), and provided detailed direction on how to use the bike. The Trek e-bikes were excellent for the Mt Vernon trail and we are now seriously considering buying one. I will not hesitate to return to this store for all my bike purchase and service in the future. THANK YOU!
