i want to love this place but the employees never seem to have domain knowledge or an interest in what you're trying to do / how to help with it. I feel like the employees at the ACE Logan Hardware have been more helpful for me historically even though they're a bigger chain and such

I’ve purchased a ton of paint from this Benjamin Moore and It’s always been a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch and a huge shout out to John in particular! The street was recently blocked off and I had purchased over 20 gallons of paint to pick up. I was able to find parking a few blocks away and John loaded them up in a cart and brought them directly to my car and helped me load them up. Now that is Outstanding customer service and it truly made my day.

Had an odd request for woodcutting assistance and the gentlemen there assisted without batting an eye. Quick, cheap, and got it done well! All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

New to the neighborhood, I stopped by this store to get a part for my toilet. I had the absolute best experience I have ever had in a hardware store in my life (I've been to many hardware stores and for many years). Fantastic customer service--warm and friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

I love this place! The size is deceiving - they always have everything I need. The staff is always such a delight to interact with. Dogs are welcome inside and they always have treats for them. Love this place!

My favorite thing about this place is they are kind to hardware dummies. No condescending tone no matter how clueless the customer. Plus someone always on deck to help you find something as soon as you walk in. Shelves always fully stocked -- and don't be fooled by the seemingly small size of the storefront. Plenty more supplies in back, next door in the paint store and upstairs in housewares.
