The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Staff very disrespectful, chaotic and de organized. Completely rude for no reason, and not able to complete simple tasks. These folks should be replaced quickly. Never going there again!

Omg, staff was rude, speaking to customers anyway he felt. It don't feel like I was at a professional establishment. Ghetto fabulous topped customer service there.

+1 star for the very nice woman at the front desk. The rest of the experience was awful. Despite the uhaul website giving you the option to check-in in person, you are told upon arrival that it must be done on your phone. I was then asked several questions by the employee such as how long I would have the truck, what insurance I wanted, and if I needed any equipment - I answered all of this in my initial online booking! All of this delayed my scheduled move by a good 30 minutes.
The worst part, however, was the employee handling the trucks in the garage. Honest to God, one of the rudest and most condescending individuals I have ever met, despite me being polite to him the entire time. Pretty sure he expects people to read his mind.
Lastly, I was charged a cleaning fee for no apparent reason. I rented the truck for a few hours to move 2 simple pieces of furniture and left absolutely nothing in the vehicle.
I rented a uhaul from a convenience store not too long ago. Somehow that was miles better of an experience than this actual uhaul location was.

Real smooth on the pick up and drop off. We had one speed bump on the gas usage but all the charges were transparent. Huge shout out to Jay T for catching the error and setting everything right. If you have questions on your rental make sure you see him.

I have used this location several times. Ms Nakita and her staff are EXCELLENT.ALWAYZ made everything quick easy and simple .NEVER had a problem.Equipment ALWAYZ NEAT CLEAN AND AVAILABLE FOR MY NEEDS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First Time: Was lied to about this location having tow dollies in the first place.
Second Time: They DID have tow dollies to rent. Only this time, they said they wouldn't rent it to me because a light was out.
Both times, the website let me make the reservation, saying everything was available.
There are other decent uhaul locations. Not this one.
