-Rear camera misleading: When backing or parking it shows cars behind you as if they're far when in reality they're very close!

I helped my friend pick up her Uhaul at this location and everyone was super friendly and helpful (Marcella especially). Not to mention the truck was the cleanest Uhaul I've ever seen. Would definitely recommend.

Renting uhaul at this location for over 10 year.
Lately is the most stressful location to rent uhaul with the self check out app and phone contact verification things.

I had an awful experience with this U-Haul location, primarily due to Marcella and her staff. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. First, the truck I had reserved wasn’t ready when I needed it, and I was told to wait while it was cleaned. That alone was a huge inconvenience, especially since I was on a tight schedule.
When I finally got the truck, there were no instructions given on how to use it. I had to ask multiple times for assistance, and each time I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than a customer needing help. Marcella in particular was unhelpful and unprofessional. The site falsely advertised parking on-site, then I was forced to drive around for parking in the neighborhood when I tried to leave. She made me return the truck immediately and even threatened to rekey it and charge me extra when I explained I’d be back in an hour. There was zero accountability for the confusion or the additional miles I had to put on the truck due to her demands.
To top it all off, the truck smelled strongly of smoke, and I was told all the staff smoked. This made the entire experience even more unpleasant.
Between the lack of preparation, poor customer service, and the awful condition of the truck, I will not be returning to this location. I would highly recommend avoiding it if you can.

The employees at this location are friendly, sympathetic and very helpful! The truck was ready to go! It was an awesome experience.

I rented a van from this location today. Staff was amazing and super kind and responsive to my many questions. Smoothest checkin process I’ve had at a U-Haul. Extra bonus to them taking their time to clean the snow off the vehicles and having it prepped and ready to go. Will definitely recommend.

The process to pick up is extremely complicated. Uhaul is being extremely cheap and need to hire more people for a more pleasant experience. The young lady at the counter was very nice and patient

On 12/11/24 we stopped at U-Gaul to ask for help in putting air in a tire. We didn’t need to rent a UHaul but the person at the location, Amber, was VERY helpful to us. She went out of her way in the rain to help. A great person!!!

If I could give this location 000000 stars I would. They are the worst, very unprofessional and rude all the way down to management. I will not be recommending and I will not be back. To tell someone to go outside and find the lock key and look for the truck is insane and I was the only customer there and not to remind you that it was my first time renting a U-Haul. They have bad attitude and no work ethics for customers service. I mean it was at 7am way too early to treat any customer like that the day barely started. Please reconsider going to a different location if you need a truck or storage there are a few other locations near by with better energy, work experience, good customer service, also they would have you in and out.
