I compared prices from a few different rug cleaning companies, and UCM Carpet Cleaning of DC offered the best value for my money. The quality of the cleaning was top-notch, and the customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with UCM Carpet Cleaning! They had availability, flexible hours, and an easy to use checkout process. Joseph was the technician...he was punctual, explained all the options available and cleaned up at the end. He was very friendly and did a great job. The rugs look clean and smell clean. Overall, great experience.

Great experience. I called and immediately got a fair estimate on a pleasant and friendly call. When my technician Walfred arrived, he was on time (they said to expect him at noon and he arrived at noon), and I appreciated the heads up call about an hour beforehand. Walfred was fantastic. He identified which furniture that I’d asked for in my estimate that, upon looking at, he could tell wasn’t suitable for steam cleaning. Saved those pieces of furniture and saved me money! He was professional and courteous throughout. And my furniture and rugs are now so fresh and clean! Highly recommend.
