I didn’t buy anything there, but you can find a lot of casual clothing there for a good price. The value for money seems to be good.

Stopped in on Thursday with my wife and kids to buy some t-shirts. The employee working the register was waiting on a customer and I was next in line with no one behind me. As I waited patiently to checkout the cashier looked over at me and said I could use the self checkout machine if I'm using a "card" to complete my purchase. I casualy said "do I have too?" He then said "Well your going to be holding the line up for other customers if you don't". I dropped the 10 t-shirts that I was prepared to purchase on the counter and said "let me make it easier for everyone" and I walked away towards the front of the store. I encountered a young blonde female employee near the entrance and briefly explained what happened and that the cashier was rude. She simply said "I'm so sorry for your experience". I guess they don't need my money. I won't be back.

The store may be small but well-organized, and most staff greet you kindly. But I want to share my experience and let you know if you are in a situation like mine.Uniqlo doesn't allow in-store returns for online orders; you must pay $7 for shipping. Also, a male staff member at the checkout counter was unpleasant and didn't explain things well today, which upset me. Anyway, they only allow returns for in-store purchases. Save your time.It was convenient to frequently make online purchases from Uniqlo because returns could be made quickly, whether from online or in-store purchases. However, for the product I recently purchased that was unavailable in-store, I had to order online, and if it didn't suit me, I had to pay $7 every time I returned it. It makes me feel like I want to shop elsewhere now.

Love this UNIQLO! It’s somewhat small/cramped but for the space they fit a lot in. They had a great selection of graphic tees and basics. I love the puffers, they’re very warm and light like a Patagonia. Would definitely come back for basics or some Keith Haring printed tees. It’s inside Union Station so a helpful place to start.

Lots of clothing options and great prices. Conveniently located on the ground floor of Union Station. There's a whole lot of stuff packed into what looks like a pretty small space from the outside. They have several fitting rooms available to try things on. Staff are helpful and the checkout process was surprisingly quick. They're already starting to stock some great fall stuff so go check it out!

They've had the same basic styles (t-shirts, workout, & button-down shirts) in the women's section for at least three months, and the women's section is tiny. The store has had the same women's waffle knit long-sleeve crewneck since last fall. Four t-shirt styles, but only one dress style? An entire wall is devoted the graphic Ts. I'm thinking this location will be 80-90% menswear and "unisex," or they're getting ready to close it - I can't quite tell which.
