I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!

I work across the street with Fannie Mae’s mailroom department and work daily with UPS in gathering the buildings packages. JERMELL has been nothing but AMAZING everyday I see him for assistance. Whenever there is a long line , he handles each customer with care.

The owner is one of the kindest, most accommodating, and patient people in a city that can be very cold.
I was truly blown away by the level of care. There's a lot of UPS stores in DC, but I doubt another will give you the same quality of service

This is the most helpful UPS store. The customer service is above and beyond here! I needed printing done that no UPS stores around could do. Don went above and beyond for me, helping me get the print size correct even when I had left, Don took time out to figure it out, and then waited for me to come back and collect the printing. I am so impressed with the level of dedication to customer service. It’s an admirable quality that is rare to find these days. The only UPS store I will use when I’m in DC. THANK YOU, DON!

Came to return a Verizon router, but their system didn’t work and I couldn’t return it at first. Guy was super kind and even gave me a couple slices of pizza though. Verizon sent me a shipping label and paid for it. It was UPS’s fault and not Don’s. Don is a good soul.
