I went in there today to print out some docs in a specific order that I emailed so that I could mail the letters out right after, the young girl with glasses said that it would take her a couple of minutes to print my pages out double sided, and when she handed me my pages back, she stated that the pages were in that order, so now I have to correct everything tomorrow because all the pages were in the wrong order. I wasted $10 and when I went there in the afternoon today, they printed out all the wrong pages. Two mistakes in 1 day, I have to redo tomorrow.

Use this store often. Always good service. Sometimes busy, so a bit of patience required.

Unfortunately the employee Lorwell seems to be on a power trip. Repeatedly made up rules that are not official UPS policy & spoke unprofessionally to several customers while I was there. If there was an option to assist the customer or make our life more difficult, he chose difficult every single time. For example, he said UPS can only ship cardboard boxes despite me confirming with their offices that that’s not true. Our boxes arrived on time, but that’s all I can say went well.

Another 1 star review for this place. Went in to make some copies and scans of documents and to have some other documents notarized and the guys came up with every excuse why they couldn’t help me. Finally I gave them what they really wanted: I left and didn’t make them do any work so they could go back to hanging around outside the store in the sunshine.

The store would not let me pick up a redirected package despite the UPS policy posted on its website indicating that I could do so, cheating me out of the redirect fee and substantially delaying delivery of the package.

I use UPS services a lot. Terrible experience two days in a row. First day arrived at 3:30pm seeking notary services. Told not available after 3pm. I commented I did not see that limitation on the Website. I tried calling but got 1-800 phone tree. Asked if there’s a nearby place to get service. Response was “We are a franchise and don’t talk to other UPS.” Not exactly what I was asking. Returned next day at 2pm, different crew. Service not available because system down for days. Would think I might have been tipped off on day one. Asked same question about nearby services. Got same answer except with an added caveat, “unless two stores have the same owner.” Went to nearby UPS. No luck. Only Saturdays (not advertised on Web or their sign). Struck out at BoA but excellent customer service called ahead and directed me to Fabio at next BoA.

It’s at least $4 to print just one page yourself, or $15 if they print it for you like everywhere else.

I sent a package a few weeks ago from another UPS store in KY. I sent it in order to keep the package on hold so someone can pick it up later here. I paid for that service and when the person passed for picking up, they said it was returned cause the franchise name had to be written on the destination of the package, instead of just UPS store. Am I the one who have to have this knowledge in advance? It was a waste of time and money cause the never made a refund. FedEx you gained a new customer.

Am I happy there is a UPS store near my office? Yes! To be absolutely clear, the owners of this location are not helpful and most times rude! The employees are always kind and helpful!

We were traveling and wanted to send some luggage, but we didn't know how to do it, so a Korean staff member was very kind and friendly and explained it to us in detail. Thank you very much!
