I did not check the reviews before I got there, I just selected my nearest UPS store and Ana was incredibly helpful and kind.
I was there with my baby stroller, even though it’s not a step-free entrance, the staff here helped me lift my baby stroller over the staircase. I also heard him patiently explaining a service to a customer.
It may be a small private owned UPS franchise but they provide good service. Don’t let the reviews discourage you.

Went in at around 3:30pm on a Monday to get a couple of documents notarized. The service person was helpful and efficient. In and out in maybe 10 minutes. Can recommend.

Package of mine I dropped off on 1/16 never made it out of here and probably got stolen. Requested the owner to call me back, never reached back out. Now im out my item and my money. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! The funny thing is the package was only supposed to travel a total of 5 miles too, ridiculous!

The worst UPS store I've ever been to. I don't like to give bad reviews but these people are awful. I tried calling them, and couldn't have a conversation because they couldn't figure out how to work their phone. Then when I was passing by I went in in person and asked if they'd be open on time the next day since I would have an urgent package. They said yes, absolutely. Guess what? They weren't open on time. I and 2-3 other would be customers hung around waiting for around 15 minutes then finally gave up. I had to walk several blocks in the freezing cold to another location. Maybe it's for the best. They're so bad that I'd worry about them losing the package. Don't go here.

This is a wonderful store that is open on Sundays, perfect for printing needs! Adam was incredibly patient and helpful. I can't thank him enough for his assistance, especially with the event we had that day. Thanks to his support, our event was a success! Thank you, UPS, and thank you, Adam!

This store is ideally located, easy to use, and the employee (Eric Juno) was so kind, courteous, and helpful. Not to be dramatic but he totally saved the day for me.

Choose ANY UPS but this one. Ana is EXTREMELY RUDE. On more than one occasion she has tried to have me pay for packages that I was not supposed to have to pay to pick up. She also “did not receive” one of my packages and when I told her that it showed she had signed for it she claimed that they just select that she signs for packages even when they do not leave them with her. (If that was the case, why not report it so that it will stop happening?) I called UPS and they guaranteed me that my package was left there. A UPS delivery driver that was outside of the shop even informed me that people always complain there. I had two
Packages left there inadvertently (one a driver left there instead of at my address and Ana called aggressively telling me to come get it 10 days after it was left there even though I had no notification that it was there. The second time I selected that location by mistake online.) when she does search she has to ramble through a mountain of packages thrown on the floor, they are not organized nor filed according to any type of system, just thrown on top of each other. NEVER AGAIN if I can help it. I'm even inclined to have my packages sent back if they are inadvertently left there over me going to pick them up. This place needs to be Shut Down. Do Not Do It!
