I am visiting US and brought some items for my relatives who are in Ohio. They couldn't come unfortunately and I get to search online and found out UPS. It is very quick serviced and staff are very helpful. I sent them today. It has tracking tool as well.

I was not able to withdraw a package from Amazon even though I've received emails from both AMAZON and UPS stating that someone else could pick up the package by showing the tracking number and a valid ID. The package was sent back, and I got a refund only after weeks of chatting with different Amazon representatives. This UPS office told my brother that it was a policy from that store. They did not even try to help him or give him an alternative.

The manager Ed was so helpful! I had a print emergency with a quick turnaround. Ed, Brian & Jordan were so great with helping me customize the prints I needed in the exact color I needed it. Great customer service!

My first experience here was easy my second was frustrating I brought an Amazon return thinking it was a scan and drop package like last time but the employee said I needed a label so I paid to have one printed out then I told I needed a box - fine but when she rang me the charge was 18 dollars. For a box ( plus printing which they charged for an hour not in minute increments) that was almost half the price of the item. Be wary of them charging you for things u didn’t ask for just to up the bill. I wound up not sending the item there and I won’t be coming back.

I typically use this UPS store for returns due to being relatively easy to park. Unfortunately, the people who work there - especially a specific individual named Brian - is almost always rude and relatively hostile when I am there. Almost every question seems to annoy him. He needs a training in customer service since UPS stores are a customer based entity.

They took away the ability to email the store to print labels and have the worlds slowest computer. I would happily pay $5 not to waste half an hour of my time watching the computer load. Employees just sat there and watched the poor guy ahead of me waste his time. I eventually left.

Went three times to return a package— Once they closed early because of inclement weather (DC had received a full quarter inch of snow), the other two because the Internet was out. Staffwasn’t even remotely apologetic.
