I am a former customer of the UPS Store. Something it appears the UPS store did has allowed the District of Columbia to fake a ticket against me. I did try calling three times in the past day. I got an employee once. She left me on hold and on hold and on hold so I hung back and called back again. As before, no answer. I had asked for the management contract information to track down the information I called seeking from the UPS.
To the best of my recollection, I left being a Customer around 2013 maybe before.
My car adress was connected to this adress by the DMV, in 2018, for an alleged photo violation. Except my car was garaged in the Commonwealth, officially, since 2013.
I was ticketed by Muriel Bowser's DMV for the same alleged violation of traveling 11 miles above the speed ticket, enforcements the District contracts through a company the DOJ has sued multiple times for frauds. In fact, not long before I got hit with a ticket from this entity that I allegedly did but did not. This company tampered with the ticket. This ticket was argued in Old Town court. I prevailed.
In the course of arguing the ticket, I found a second ticket online alleging the District of Columbia sent notice to me to this Post Office box office. But you did not forward the ticket on to me in 2018, if in fact, Muriel's DMV sent it. There are more details to confirm Muriel's DMV fraud. I need your company confirmation of my account status with you in 2018.

Heaven was incredibly pleasant and professional, which was the total opposite from my first experience at this location! She took care of my needs in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful with ensuring that my items would be securely packaged before departure and upon arrival.

Says it opens at 9, but employees rarely show up before 11. Definitely not worth the time to go through security and empty all bags just for the store to never be open when it is supposed to be. No drop off box either. Avoid this location.

Calls never answered on the limited days their allegedly opened and emails are never replied to.Others have reported that it's reopened on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11-2 AND their voicemail greeting states the same - but there's no proof of that based upon the lack of a live answer during those time and no reply to emails.

June 2021 update: this UPS store has now reopened, with limited hours from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I am not happy with the customer service at this location. I took documents to be paper shredded but the employee didn't follow the paper shredding procedures detailed in the UPS website. I'm not even sure that my papers were paper shredded. I do not find UPS to be trustworthy. Also, the employee was rude and lackadaisical and not very happy to be there.

Really helpful customer service even though the store was packed. I had a 100+ page black and white document to print, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Four stars because the per page cost is a little pricey ($0.30), but I was satisfied and would definitely go back in a pinch.

The best shipping service and customer experience you will get anywhere in the area! The employees on staff at this location are most friendly, helpful people I have encountered and I've always left feeling at ease that my shipment was taken care of! Couldn't recommend it more!

Terrible, awful expensive. 3-pages printing costed almost $6 and over $170 to ship overseas. Try to avoid this store at all cost!
