They charge $5 to print a shipping label and they don’t notify you until after they’ve printed and packed up your boxes. No sign or anything, just a laminated piece of paper with their email address.

Simeon and female staff member on the same shift for Tuesday, June 10 didn’t assist me and continued on with their conversation and one sided dancing. Extremely unprofessional and condescending towards me.

Really disappointing service. Called in advance to confirm that a notary is available on Saturdays, were told that they were and said we should just call and provide the time we were coming day of.
When I called to confirm the Saturday we were coming (the next day) notary answered and said she “didn’t have her materials” and could not notarize anything that day. It was the only day we could do the POA so it was really disappointing. She also didn’t apologize that we were given incorrect information, just hung up after I told her it was the only day we could do.
Really unprofessional and probably won’t have me using UPS notary services again.

The people here are so nice! It’s my neighborhood UPS store and it’s always a pleasure going in. I’m there pretty often with returns and they always offer to help - try to make everything quick and easy.

Janisha was such a great and helpful notary. It was my first time doing a notary and she walked me through it were by step made sure everything I filled out was correct. The whole team at the N street location was extremely helpful and kind! I will be definitely going out of my way to specifically go to this location!

I lived in DC 4 years ago and visited this store once. The service was good, but the owner has been constantly sending me emails for the past 4 years asking me to leave a review. So beware of that.
