Worst customer experience at any UPS location I have been to.

I had a disappointing experience at this UPS location. I went in for a passport-sized photograph and politely asked the employee to ensure there was enough white space above my head, as required by official guidelines. Unfortunately, my request was not well received. She proceeded to take and print the photo without showing it to me for approval. When I finally saw the print, the top of my head was touching the edge of the frame, clearly not compliant with passport photo standards. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and rude, which made me feel uncomfortable about going back in to ask for a correction.

The employees were rude. Eating while informing me that my package was “sent back” but upon calling customer service it was signed for by an employee and no further action was written. Meaning my package was stolen by an employee and the only thing I was told to do was file a claim with the shipper. Do not get anything important shipped to this location! It may end up stolen or in their terms “sent back”

Owner of this location charges absurd fees. I just dropped off a 50 pound package that was 4 feet by 3 feet with a return label. They charge $5.50 just to print the label. Horrible customer service. I will never use this ups location again even though it’s closest to my home.

The UPS store staff is always very helpful with sending any special mail or packages I have in a very organized, timely, and efficient fashion. Whenever I have to send multiple presents during the holidays to friends and relatives who live out of town. UPS assists me in making sure the presents reach their destinations before the holidays. Thanks for all that you do.
