Do not ship anything out of here if it is a high dollar item. If so, do not get insurance on the item, because they then know it has value. Someone in this office cuts the packages open takes said item out and delivers the empty packages to the intended recipients. When you go to start an insurance claim USPS doesn't pay out. This happened twice at this location, and USPS is not helpful at all. Quite irate at the situation

This post office if the worse they have hired people who talk on their phone while driving and taking their hair out I was appalled and on top of that she left the mailboxes unlocked as she drove off talking on her phone and continued to take out her hair I should of known the mail was in trouble when they started wearing half uniform may have the shirt on may not may have the correct pants may not like I have no faith in the post off here it’s like their trying to force you to pay for a P.O. Box NO AT THIS POINT IT SHOULD BE FREE FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING DELAYS BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM . Oh and let’s not forget to mention my packages that I had to pick up from the post office that they was trying to keep for themselves it’s ridiculous about to go there today what an adverse adventure smh.

I will give them one star because they have parking. This is my second visit. The employees are talking to each other about personal relationships. While customers wait. I waited 10+ minutes for one lady working. While her male coworker just vented about his relationships. Some dude came in smelling of weed and the lady helped him before me. Just crazy.Won't come back.

For some reason, my address (and possibly my neighbors/entire street) does not receive expected package deliveries. Instead of attempting to deliver (by ringing the doorbell, walking up the stairs, leaving in the mailbox) delivery notices are placed in my mailbox saying I MUST pick up in-person and no reason is given as to WHY. If I had a car, I wouldn't mind the inconvenience so much, but the fact of the matter is I placed an order to be delivered not for me to pick it up and USPS needs to do that (or start including a stipend for Uber every time they leave me a notice). Also they NEVER pick up the phone at this location, so don't even waste your time trying.

Unhelpful counter staff. Doesn't seem interested in helping people find lost mail. I get that he can't just go find it.....but at least pretend like you care....or get a different line of work.

Short lines and great customer service. I needed two boxes and to understand the difference in pricing. The associate was willing and able to take the time to explain the process and offer the best option for where I was shipping my items to.

No way to actually speak to someone at the branch, despite not receiving delivery for 4 days. Shameful.

This has nothing to do with the deliveries or the customer service. As I was on my way inside the building about to drop off a package yesterday morning (April 27, 2021), I overheard a man (who I assume is the manager) yelling AND screaming at one of their employees forcing a carrier to load her vehicle within a 15min time limit (which I know it's not possible for any carrier to do in that short amount of time). Then I heard a BIG shout from the man saying, "Either load your truck in 15 minutes, or GO HOME!". Yes, this sounded like a threat! I had a family member who previously work for this company and he says, "you really need 30min to load and separate everything before starting your assigned route." Hours later, I encountered the same carrier (I believe she is our regular) on her lunch break inside her vehicle and told her, "That manager who threatened you is highly unacceptable! You should report him as soon as you finish your route." Before I left the carrier to resume her route, I handed her my calling card stating that I am a lawyer and can sue her manager anytime she is ready. I dealt with numerous lawsuits for over 15 years; all involving delivery drivers. Like I said, the manager's behavior is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! Anyone above his position needs to talk some sense into him!

The WORST post office ever !!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I almost never receive my packages nor mail. My job will send out letters and the entire staff will receive one except for me. I have to wait forever for w2s to file my taxes because they never come in the mail. It's truly disheartening and very inconvenient. We all make the world go round so everybody should put their best effort towards the job they've applied for. I also ordered a bracelet for my last birthday and never received it. I've sent out multiple emails and called plenty of times and was never reimbursed or told where my package ended up at. I'm going to start a petition soon if this particular location continues to fail our community. I will also reach out to corporate and the better business bureaus. I'm not sure if you all need new management or staff altogether. This is not alright though. People need their medicine, important documents, packages, checks etc .., it's really UNACCEPTABLE and it needs to be addressed immediately. This has also been going on well before covid hit, so it's no excuse. Even when you go in to the physical office at times the staff can be very rude. A lady working one day tried to pull the race card not even knowing the customer himself was black. Just very ignorant. This establishment is so bad I could on for days smh. Please DO BETTER !

The worst post office! Constantly putting my mail in my neighbors mailbox. Complaining gets you nowhere. 0 STARS!!

I kept getting prompts to review the post office again. I wish there were zero stars. We have had postal issues for 20 years. I spoke before Rep Norton's postal round table several years ago. There were over 300 complaints & I was one of two constituents chosen to speak. After meeting the DC postmaster at the round table, I met the person in charge of customer service complaints and eventually the DC postmaster's boss. My issues weren't fully resolved but they were drastically reduced. There are too many issues to list but they include misdelivered mail, lost mail & issues with packages. There is a disconnect between the mail carriers and the staff at this location. This miscommunication causes problems when going to the post office. It is pesty going under normal circumstances but worse during Covid 19. If the employee can't find your package, they send you to a computer stand where you key in your tracking number. It means you lose your place in line. I don't see the need for that exercise since the employees should be able to locate packages. Tracking numbers become irrelevant when the information isn't accurate. It seems like the USPS hires a third party to answer the 800 number. I suspect it is an overseas call center. I have a kidney stone during covid. My doctor mailed a prescription so I could avoid a hospital visit. It took 14 days to receive it. The tracking info wasn't right. One mistake is a human just making a mistake. Reoccurring mistakes are bad business. Our mail carrier and the substitute carriers don't always leave notices, which complicates the situation. When I order from Amazon or Ebay, I use a family member's address since it is too stressful to use my own address. I am resourceful, determined and have stamina to be on hold for an hour, if necessary. I am disappointed that someone as resourceful as me can't get resolution to my postal issues. I don't feel hopeful and I don't have any faith in the post office. It shouldn't be this way.
