I have place a package for FedEx at this location by mistake with some other packages for USPS, the package is no way to be found every time i go there and ask about all they saying that they give the package to one of FedEx driver but I'm going to get to the bottom of this, hopefully they have better answer next time.

Awful service. I've spent over an hour here with no line trying to get a package shipped out. Service to local area is also abysmal, mail holds often not being honored and packages that say they're delivered but aren't.

I’m always calling on a regular basis about my packages being misdelivered by a mail carrier. Many times the mail carriers don’t know where to deliver our packages and they are extremely lazy. They leave packages in the open hallways instead of putting packages in the designated parcel boxes for packages that has a key.
Lamond Riggs is the worst that I have ever experienced and all the reviews are true.

No one is ever working the front window. I waited for 15 minutes in lobby only to be told the post office worker who can work the register was on break and no one else could help me buy stamps.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 4 months later and the system is still down 😂 and when you go in it’s just “the system is down we can’t do anything” NO ATTEMPT to even try and help. Just shut the place down already.

The last time I called the guy that respond me was very rude, unprofessional, I called because there’s a specific letter that the caregiver keep sending it back to the sender, just because she said she keep confusing me with the people that used to live before in my apartment which is so annoying because I have almost 2 years in here and I never have issue she always leaves everything but not that letter, this is gonna be the 3rd time, every time I called these people never want to resolve the issue and I am tired of it because it’s been over 3 months already now I will have to wait until the sender gets the letter and wait another 2-3 weeks more to get to me. They need to fired these people at the post office, they seem to not want to help people.

I have never seen such incompetance. After checking my tracking number to find my package was being held at the post office (didn’t specify which one in my area), I went to two different post offices. The first one said my package was being held at the this location, but when I went there, the person helping me couldn’t find it. They were very unhelpful, and gave me a number to call to call, and when I called the number, the inbox was full. They have no accountability for losing your packages.

If I could give zero stars I would. The most horrible post off I have ever experienced. They lose tour mail and won't care one bit. Lost my certified mail. This is crazy!

They don't have a machine that will weigh your mail and dispense postage at this location, so you have to wait in line no matter what. Always only one person working the counter, so very slow and inefficient. And bring your own pen- they don't have any. This location is stuck in the 1970's.

I dropped a package off and asked for a receipt and was told they don’t provide receipt for packages, which is a lie since I always get receipts with no issues. It has been 4 days since I dropped it off and it was never scanned or shipped. Usps says they can’t help me since it was never scanned. The drop off window was not working so I had to meet her at the side door and I’m assuming she was too lazy to walk over to the computer to give me a receipt. Looks like the employee stole my package.
