Consistently the best post office in the area! They are so nice and even when there's a line the employees keep things moving well.

The older Black women who was working was super rude. I came in at 3:50 pm June 13th. Told me I wasn’t aloud to take picture of the packages I shipped out. And threatened to not send out the packages if not deleted. And I look up USPS policy and that was a lie. L service

Unfortunately this post office is a nightmare . The female worker is very unprofessional and unpleasant-beware . She is an older black woman who is constantly on a power trip it's ridiculous. I walked inside of the building and no one was there . Also there is no sign to communicate where employers are (out for lunch , bathroom break..for example) so I waited in line and called for help. No one came. I went closer to the counter to call for help and eventually she wondered from behind a wall and immediately begin yelling at me to stand in line (ridiculous). I asked why do I have to stand in line there's no one here and I'm at the counter waiting for you. She yells even louder to stand at line or else she won't give me service . I knew that she was on a power trip so I obeyed her orders and walked back to the line immediately as I get to the sign that says (next in line stand here) she tells me that NOW she can help me (again ridiculous). She then went on a rant about how she's tired of people calling cooperate and complaining about no one being at the counter to service customers . I literally couldn't take anymore of her bag energy I bought my stamps and left . I wish I had the employees name but I'm sure if you visit this location you know exactly who she is .

Was next in line had been acknowledged by male postal worker who intended to help me. Stepped to counter to finish filling out forms and was told by female postal employee to get back in line. I asked for an envelope. She said behind you (in accurate, needed a letter envelope from behind the counter not for forms or documents like available in the lobby) when I responded with the clarifying info the POSTAL WORKER started SCREAMING at my accusing me of screaming. When I pointed out she was the one yelling she said proclaimed “my mom just died” and proceeded to stomp to get the envelope and when she handed it to me I said “sorry for your loss” and she snapped at my face “no you’re not” and then she disappeared and the male postal worker had to clean up her mess. This location is consistently unprofessional. Folks care about paychecks not customers or job performance and it shows. The lady is in pain AND she was out of control. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone anywhere.

This post office is consistently slow and poorly organized. The space itself is run-down and in desperate need of updating. I recently went in and the staff were extremely rude when I asked questions. My starting expectation is pretty low for a USPS customer service experience, but this really encouraged me to leave this review because it was aggressively unhelpful.

I went to this place trying to do the fingerprint process and the women’s who were working were rude especially if they see that you are Hispanic they assume that you don't even know how to say what you are going to do one of them told me I don't understand why everyone comes to do fingerprints at the end of the day it was 3:45 pm instead of saying kindly for today we are no longer doing it because the website says is until 5:00 Pm

Never experienced more rude customer service probably in my life. They will let you stand there while they chat with a customer who has completed their transaction for as long as you can imagine. With someone at 2 registers but only operating one. Almost inhuman and I’m sure no one would want this treatment.

If you come here, be prepared to wait in line. For a long time. It doesn’t matter what your business is or the time of day. I have only ever seen one employee actively helping customers, and never with any sense of urgency (even if a customer has 10 packages to ship at one time). It gets really exciting when frustrated customers start arguing openly with the staff, further slowing the pace of service. Seems like a self-service kiosk would significantly ease the burden for this busy and understaffed location, but USPS has chosen not to grant us such a convenience.

I put a package to arrive to Hawaii on December 12th and it says it is still there at this same post office and that same day I dropped off that package there was fight going on only one old lady working and I just think it’s unacceptable that they lost my package which is supposed to arrive to a client by December 16th and it still says on the tracking it’s at the same post office and my client is asking me questions what what happened. And the staff are under trained very unfriendly and I don’t recommend going to that post office.
