Worst USPS location ever !
Unprofessional staff and always a huge line ( even though you hear people inside chatting and laughing but they completely ignore the customers that are waiting)
USPS Corporate should really take a look at this location and improve it.

I will give them a two only because when I went up there, I did get my package, but I have informed delivery and it told me that it couldnât get access and that I would have to come up there and when I went up there, they said that they only have one driver that can come on base So that they just scan the package and then it will get re-delivered whenever they go back out the ladies in there were very respectful. We went earlier in the morning

Went here today and they had a sign on the door that said âClosed for Lunch 2:50pm-4:10pmâ never in my life heard of an entire post office being shut down for lunch. Even if youâre short staffed, why would plan to return less than an hour before closing?

Ridiculous!! This post office is deplorable, stealing packages and take an hour and a half lunch break in with they close the post office down from 12:pm to 1:30 pm insane. No human being deserves the customer service they give. They need the post master to investigate this place.

Feb 28,2024 my postman retired. He was holding our mail at post office because the landlord never gave the post office a key to the building. Now our mail is off hold and they are sending our mail back to sender. I got a P.O Box the same day he retired and forward my mail to the P.O box. Just found out they sent all my mail back because I needed to verify that I wanted my mail to be forwarded and for Identity. So I gave my ID at the post office already and that is how I got the P.O box and verify who I am. This is so sad. I'm not even going to speak about the customer service I received when I was there today. I'm flabbergasted

They don't answer their phone. They don't follow Hold Mail requests. When confronted in office, you get an attitude about it. No PO boxes available or around the area. I have to jump through hoops to make sure my packages don't get delivered. It's very annoying and unprofessional.

This place is horrible and dirty! The reps are super slow and could care less about helping one another. They lose mail all the time and so many rude moments to count.
