I should’ve read the reviews before I came here. I dropped off a pre-paid tracked package at the window. Several hours later USPS tracking shows package still not received. Want to make abet ot never gets into the system?

Woman working at 11am on August 11th needs to be fired. She yelled at full volume, was rude and made everything more complicated for no reason. The door for the packages didn’t shut fully and she SCREAMED at the top of her lungs for me to shut it- it was so uncivilized when she could’ve just asked normally. I’ve never felt more unsafe at an establishment.

La Vonya is an absolute joy and light in this world, we must protect her at all costs. I didn’t know my butt from my elbow when I came in but she got me right as rain and then I was on my merry way, happier to have met her and the amazing service she provided!!! Promote La Vonya!!!

I scheduled a passport appointment for my 1‑month‑old three days in a row, and each time there was no clerk on duty with no prior notice or communication. To make matters worse, the clerk on duty was rude. Please improve your notification system or ensure staff honor scheduled appointments.

Ordered a mailbox key in January and they said I’d get it in 4-6 weeks. Here we are halfway through April and I still haven’t received my key. Horrible service.

Scam Merchant Works Here
Beware: Someone at this location sold my information to a scammer.
I dropped a package off at this location. Within 24 hours I received communication that my package information was not legible and they needed me to provide new tracking information and then pay a re-delivery fee of $0.50. I did all of this and did not receive any updates (obviously my mistake for not calling immediately). Note, they only managed to scam because we actually had dropped a package at USPS, we did have to make a correction on the package because we accidentally wrote the delivery information incorrectly, and the message didn’t have any of the usual typos from a scam message. (For those uncertain, they referred to themselves as the USP Team not USPS team, and that should have been the flag for me.)
After a couple of days with no updates I called the customer service line, they knew it was a scam and even knew it was called a re-delivery fee. They directed me to email a black void inbox with the experience. When I asked if we could lodge a specific complaint against the location suspected of selling the information they only redirected me back to this email.
Don’t drop your packages here if you can help it, if you have to go there pay for delivery and keep an eye on your tracking number.

This location is absolutely not open on Saturdays - the dropbox and PO box room are available until 230, but the lobby itself isnt open

Got a letter in the mail from USPS requesting me to come to this location in person to verify identification for a new address. After waiting in line (and with no signage or notice on the door or anywhere) I am told by the one and only clerk working that “the system is down and I cannot help you” with a nonchalance and indifferent attitude that was not at all customer-minded. Great to see our tax dollars go to great use! ?

Google maps say open till 2 pm, arrived 12:30 pm it’s closed and the door sign says they open till noon

Same issue with post office being closed prematurely on Saturday. Filed a complaint with USPS.
