I had a great experience at this location getting my first passport. I arrived about 25min early for my appointment, anticipating a line, but it was quiet and they were able to process my application quickly without any issues. Both of the staff members working there were friendly and helpful. They are clearly doing their best while this location is understaffed and I appreciated it.

There’s one person working - doing passport services, so I’ve been in line for more than 20 mins just trying to mail a package (still here). Was also planning to get fingerprinted but the machine is down at this location (along with TWO others I tried). These government cuts are out of control.

I come here about once a week to ship packages and check my PO box. It's always quick and efficient, at least by government office standards.

Today we went to apply for my son's passport and there were also 2 people behind me and the people who were serving us got very upset when they saw that there were 3 of us requesting passports, as if the service was free and they weren't paid to do that job. If they don't want to serve customers, they shouldn't give appointments.

Stellar service even during busy times! Though this location is a bit busy as it is centrally located downtown, the service was speedy and the workers greeted everyone with a friendly smile and professional service!

I've been here a few times over the past year and every time, the staff have been incredibly helpful. I went to mail a passport renewal today and had messed something up, and the staff member working the counter was very patient and funny and helped me fix it. Would not recommend other post offices, but this one is great! Would go out of my way to mail from here.
