What a great experience! The woman who helped me (I wish I had asked her name, but her clerk ID from my receipt is 04) was patient, cheerful and funny even though my situation was taking much longer than expected. She and the rest of the employees working at that time were wonderful. What could have been a trying situation was outstanding! Thank you all so much!
