I want to give a shout out to Tamika, one of the postal workers here. I came in just before closing on Friday and saw an elderly customer being extremely rude and difficult towards her. This troublesome customer caused a massive line to form right when they were trying to close up, and kept calling Tamika “disrespectful” even though she was being extremely professional and polite. Tamika should be a role model for how to keep cool in a difficult situation. I applaud her and recognize her for treating others with dignity and respect. Kudos to you.

People who complain about service at a USPS are entitled and expect the same reception as if they were walking into a four seasons lobby. Relax.Kim was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for your service!

More often than I'd like to, I am baffled by the quality of some of the services in this country. On Wed Jan 17th there was 1 employee around 4.30pm. It took her more than 25min to serve 2 customers, while there were 10 people waiting. When I entered she was already helping them, when I left 25min later, they were still there... I would be ashamed, as even some 3rd world countries have better services. Number one country you say?Btw, they are closed for lunch (!) from 10.30am-11.30am.

Informed delivery acct states no mail. I receive it daily. Sent registered mailIt’s lost. Why pay for postal service? It should be free.

These are some of the rudest human beings I have ever met in my life. Avoid at all cost. Standing in line with a handful of packages trying to return and am told that I can't use the priority tape that they have laying out for people to use, as if we're supposed to know the ins and outs of how TAPE works at USPS. No suggestions or help, just attitude. Absolutely zero help.

If using Dantes 9 levels of hell as a metaphor and the DMV being level 1; this would qualify as the 9th level of hell

I had to tie up my dog outside and a man working there offered to watch her while I was inside and it was so kind and sweet. Made my day. ❤️

I’m not saying usps is supposed to be staffed with art handlers but this location for sure certainly does not employ any at all

Unfriendly experience with staff. One of them in particular appeared joyful to watch a customer be confused and provide the most minimal of help to prolong said confusion. Comments made by the staff are also sheathed in sarcasm, hostility, and aggression.

Filthiest postal office I’ve seen. Staff with an attitude reflective of the space in which they work.
