LOL I suggest turning these reviews into a thread of ridiculous things that happen to people at this USPS facility.I went there recently and was wrapping a box up and the lady at the counter told me to “just stop” as it was “painful to watch” the way I wrap a box.I mean, it’s funny but so damn rude!!!Sorry I am not a box wrapping expert like you.

Just when I thought I might have had a bad experience, I come on here and read similar complaints going back years. It's shocking that this USPS office has been allowed to operate like this for so long. All the one star reviews are true. I was in the office around 2pm, with a couple people ahead of me in line. I'm waiting in line for like 15-20 minutes. At 2:28, she locks the door. I'm still in line, inside, with another customer behind me. When she finishes with the customer ahead of me, she says, "I don't know what you all are standing in line for. We close at 2:30." I didn't argue with this lady. Why would I want to be helped by someone who clearly doesn't want to help me?They don't honor their hours, or customers who have been waiting in line well before closing. They work when they want, and serve who they want (no one). Take your mail somewhere else, anywhere else.

Well...I was hoping that some of the negative reviews were just a bad day...but, this is a pretty bad USPS office. Place was empty, said "hello" "hello?" "hello?" for about 5 minutes. Finally someone came out, and did get my little package weighed and mailed..but, really, it was like I was doing HER a favor! Tried to smile, say "have a nice day" but the woman at the counter was having none of that. I guess she just prefers to be miserable. Oh well...at least I got my things mailed

What a dumpster fire. Super rude employees here. All the reviews are true. I went at 4:15 and was warned as I walked in the door ‘this better be quick, we are closing early’. Luckily I was just dropping off a prepaid package, but it was still treated like I was asking the employee to climb Mount Everest barefoot with only boot.Sign me up for this government job. No recourse for being rude, closing whenever you feel like, and generally unpleasant. If I did this at my job, fired instantly.

Worst experience at the USPS. No one is at the counter. I could hear staff chatting inside the room but no one came out. I waited at the counter for a decade.

Worst USPS in the US, this lady had the nerve to tell me, its 4:45 why you come to late? but in a super rude manner. I worked until 4:30 is the only time that I have to go there. I think she needs to understand that they close at 5 not 4:45 or 4:55 but 5 pm. Horrible place. She is always so rude.

Sign said "will return shortly" even though the lunch break is specified as 2:45.. 50 minutes later and they still aren't here. Wasted my entire lunch break just trying to give them a package i already prepared. Huge waste of time. Please clearly indicate the correct hours or have staff available to cover in the event that clerks aren't in the shop. Or have a drop box specifically for packages. There were like 7 customers waiting outside.

Just don’t go. Waste of time. It’s always a “why are you here? Go somewhere else” mentality and energy in there. Today they sent me to UPS because they refused to send a package. Funny part, they themselves had shipped it to me originally and I needed to forward it somewhere else.

If zero stars were possible this USPS office deserves it. Always sourly desk lady. Never has correct information. Just a nasty miserable bunch of lazy people work there. Plus the facility is filthy and never stocked with any inventory-

With all these complains there is nothing new to add. She made her life easier by being rude and discouraging customers to use USPS services at this location.

Extremely rude staff. Person said don’t make me send you to another post office. I have no idea why the women is hostile. Needs improvement.

Please submit complaint form on USPS as well and let them know your situation. The woman who wear glasses and worked here was extremely rude. After seeing so many complaints toward her, it is surprising that she still works here and continue to treat customers extremely poorly.I was dropping 2 packages today and the woman started off with a very unfriendly attitude. I did not have package slips and asked her to scan the QR code. She was very impatient and simply returned my packages saying I do not have package slip. I told her I have a QR code and it can be used to print the package slip. She was rude and told me to back away from her counter and stand behind the glass. I simply asked her “can you treat me with proper respect?” She escalated the conversation by saying “do you still want to drop your packages or no.” I said:”I am a customer. I would like to speak with your manager.” She claimed she is the manager and threatened me she will call the cops.

Ms. Faye cusses a lot and is very rude. I told her that as a public servant she should be more respectful, and she said, "I ain't no public servant." OK, then get a job in the private sector. Oh wait, she'd get fired in the private sector.

Extremely rude service!! I felt like I was an inconvenience to the woman working there. I get that customers can be difficult, but way to make it worse for everyone by being snappy right off the bat. Also, I found out that I was overcharged for my package. Not cool.

One employee here is quite rude. I understand that customers sometimes ask stupid questions, but there is no reason to be mean to them. Just another sign that a once loved government service has lost its connection to ordinary people and just wants to keep bumbling along.
