This office is great! Employee was sooo helpful. I was stressed about mailing back my passport but she told me which envelope to use and where to write all the information. It was a breeze.

I mailed two packages on Thursday May 16th. One had a birthday present I had beautifully wrapped, and I bought a new priority mail box for it. The other was a book I bought a new priority mail envelope for. Both recipients received them with the boxes open, wrapping ruined, envelopes opened, and contents damaged. The last time a government POST OFFICE opened my packages, ostensibly to steal anything valuable, was when I lived in South Africa.
Never setting foot in this filthy hovel they call a post office again….

The worst customer service. I did Change-Of-Address there in person, and I was wondering why my mails do not show up. Later I found out that the woman working there did not or forgot to let the my COA to go thru. So, I ended up losing many important mails for a month. And she was also very rude and impatient. For you Info.

I showed up behind a long line 20 minutes before close thinking I might be out of luck. The woman working managed to get everyone sorted out, advised me on shipping options, and I was checked out with 10 minutes to spare.

I had to mail three different things today, and the clerk was SUPER helpful - she had recommendations on each item to make sure it got there quickly, cheaply, and safely. Best experience I've had at a post office!
